I caught him in NUMEROUS LIES, he failed to submit documents by deadlines, he failed to communicate, he told me he acted because the judge told him to when I did not agree to the action nor when to perform the action, he represented the court more than myself, he always failed to challenge anything even when he knew and TOLD ME the court or whomever was not abiding by Kentucky Law, so much more. Just here to say after almost a year of Evan representing me, he hasn't helped one time, or yet even accomplished anything I was going for. he would recommend me to do something, and then months later would be confused as to why I chose that route, or whatever it was. he would never call/or text back. it took 4 months of me texting/calling daily just to finally reach him. he has been to court ONE time for me and somehow my multiple thousands dollars is gone. he doesn't let you speak freely in his office/on the phone. he talks over you, he is 100% for dads. he wasted my time and money every single time we spoke, he would tell me stupid little stories that had nothing to do with my family case. the last time I saw him, I was in his office for 4 minutes, but yet he charged me full price for a in person visit. he is a SCAM, to get your money. he needs to be reported, I am not the first he has done this too. this man will not fight for you NO matter how RIGHT you are. this man is a joke and just wants your $$$$$$$$ he only wants to help who he wants, which is wrong, don't accept me as a client, suck my money dry then drop me as a client. that is weird, unnecessary, and unacceptable. read more
