He must charge pennies for how he works with people. I been waiting almost a year for him to reach out with the proper paperwork to my attorney to move on with a adoption. Just returning the paperwork my attorney is making it easy for him but he refuses to corporate. He is never available or returns calls or emails. Right now we are waiting to see when my team can just come to his office to pick up the papers since he won't return them. I'm getting irritated and reaching out to attorney general and law board on his incompetence and wasting everyones time and money. He been holding these papers for months.
