When I first met the pastor's wife she was working in the office and was so humble, I didn't even realize she was the first lady! They offer two different morning services on Sunday, and have a children's church as well. Also, a big highlight- they are greatly dedicated to their youth! The youth pastor and leaders are all very genuine and you can tell they care. They have their own separate sanctuary for the youth, and have an extra youth service on Wednesdays! Very cool! Thoroughly enjoyed myself and everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming! If you're looking for a good church around Columbus, GA, make sure you stop by here!!

I'm searching for Jesus in a spiritual church 1 that brings souls to christ I've been praying and praying for a church maybe this is it ?? But not calling when someone is in need is a problem for me I'm not perfect by along shot but the no communication for me is not good I enjoyed the service just hurting i guess I have a great testimony and thru it all since I was abandoned as a child Jesus as always been by my side 100% even in a backsliding state he never left me i spent a short time in the Marine Core I'm 100% disabled I've been a street guy all my life went thru homelessness, shot in the face ,broken jaw wired shut twice. There are many opportunities here for all ages if you choose to get involved. As with any church of moderate size in order to get to know people you need to plug into the smaller groups. I wanted to attend a real Catholic church, not a chapel on base with a Catholic template. Holy Family is the closest Catholic church to Fort Benning, so my friend & I stopped-by. We visited the rectory and spoke with one of the priests (cannot remember this name). In a thick-Irish accent, Father unknown spoke with us for about a half-hour outside the rectory, just talking about anything that came-up! When we finally stopped-in for Mass, we were in awe. The congregation is full of kind and friendly people, the inside of the church is spectacularly beautiful, and it's a great location, near Fort Benning and the rest of Columbus!
