I wanted to attend a real Catholic church, not a chapel on base with a Catholic template. Holy Family is the closest Catholic church to Fort Benning, so my friend & I stopped-by. We visited the rectory and spoke with one of the priests (cannot remember this name). In a thick-Irish accent, Father unknown spoke with us for about a half-hour outside the rectory, just talking about anything that came-up! When we finally stopped-in for Mass, we were in awe. The congregation is full of kind and friendly people, the inside of the church is spectacularly beautiful, and it's a great location, near Fort Benning and the rest of Columbus!
