It terrified me because we recently moved to the area and I didn't know of any reliable mechanic shops to help me with this and I can't be without a car since I work a distance away. John was incredibly friendly and responsive and thorough in his work. He made sure that everything that needed to be done was fixed in a timely manner and he even caught an oil leak that he fixed no problem with everything else. He also had incredibly reasonable pricing and he literally saved me from having to get a newer car and now I feel that I have a few more years with my beloved Acura.
