I would not recomend Peerless CFO Services to anyone. Peerless made an already hard and difficult situation so much worse. Advise and formation that was given was not accurate. In addition to that, they told us my dad's final tax payment would have to be auto drafted but when they filed his tax return they did not file it to be auto drafted and they never notified us. We ended up owing penalties and interest and Peerless refused to take responsability. I have left messages requesting a phone conversation and they have not returned my calls.
