I had been a patient of this place once before. Then the nurse practitioner Lisa that I was seeing,…read morewhich was magnificent, a wonderful, wonderful person, save my life very caring, very caring about all people. And I went back thinking, maybe I'd get the same experience after Lisa left, but now my nurse practitioner Is it Denise Kidder?\n And in the 1st day, she has lied to me.\n Which makes me very suspect of the whole place. The morale is horrible, everybody's miserable and mean and they do not care about their patients. I had to chase him to get an answer about referrals or pain medicine for the severe kidney stones I have and still have got nothing. I'm gonna find me another doctor this place scares me to think someone's lives in the hands of Li.\nArs and hateful people.I can't trust my life to that

I had my first appointment here and I don't think I'll be going back. As I drove up, I was…read moreoptimistic because it doesn't look like your typical clinic. It's quaint.. I would rather not divulge into too much detail, but I've never been to an appointment where the receptionist told I had to reschedule. Did she not expect me to be disappointed after I went through all the trouble of waiting two weeks for an appointment and having to find coverage for work? I was also very confused about what she was telling me. I was supposed to be seen for a disorder that effects my cognitive ability.. She became very rude when I was trying to ask her how to fix the problem with my medical record. After all the other unmentioned hoops she had made me jump through, I told her to just forget about it and began to walk out. "Have a nice day!" She called out in an extremely condescending voice. The whole conversation was in earshot of the waiting room too. I've never felt so ashamed and embarrassed. Especially at a doctor's office!

First and foremost, Karie is amazing!! She gets 5 stars…read more I am giving the experience a 1. This due to billing, the outsourcing of the call center, and not being able to speak to someone in the office. Talking to an actual billing person is near impossible. Every time I am in the office there is always a new charge for something. I have also found in my EOB's that there are charges that aren't even covered with my insurance or the services have been entered incorrectly. Unfortunately, I will have to leave because of this issue. My medical is expensive enough, I don't need the headache of trying to figure out their mess every time I have an appointment.

This crazy doctor has called me everyday with threats of a lawsuit of 275$ he says I owe him I have…read moreconcerns about my healthcare provider, Dr. Malek, in Evansville, Indiana, who has treated me for two years. Since starting Medicare Part B in January, I've faced unexpected $60 co-pays for frequent visits. I recently learned that if enrolled in the Medicare Savings Program, premiums and a $286 deductible are covered, but I missed this information and have been paying co-pays. Dr. Malek's office, which employs offshore staff, lacks nurses and medical assistants, focusing instead on collecting payments. Medicare has been double-billed, and I was pressured to pay $25 to leave after questioning my bill. Dr. Malek called me, leaving a voicemail about a $25 monthly payment plan, and later dismissed me via Facebook Messenger, demanding $275 I don't owe. This platform is unsecured for health information, and his actions constitute patient abandonment. Dr. Malek has threatened legal action and verbally abused me over unpaid bills. I have evidence to support my claims and have reported the issue to Medicare, the Attorney General's office, and the licensing office. I've retained an attorney and plan to share evidence with them. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Dr. Malek, who provides Suboxone treatment. Thank you.
