I gotta be honest I'm a bit of a hairdresser tart, I don't pick a salon and repeatedly go back to it every 6 weeks. I pick one when i wake up realising I REALLY need my bonce beautified, fumble around google and find one whos ready and willing to take me. Eva's was a place when I walked in it felt like I was stepping back quite a few years. It's in need of a facelift & some decor TLC, however it's got a homely feel and the staff (including Eva who is hitting her 70's I believe) are warm and welcoming. Not to mention a cut and colour cost me £25 (normally £75 in other salons) and I have to say its the best styling I've had in years, by a chatty young lady called Anthea. Great hairdresser! Give it a go, you just might be very pleasantly surprised!! read more
