There was also an extreme amount of chaos at the time, people going back and forth and talking loudly. She also kept getting up multiple times and at some point I had a new therapist which wasn't any better. Both hardly massaged me even tho I requested medium pressure it was mostly a rub down not an actual massage. My bf also had a bad experience, he asked for light pressure and they kept going harder. He asked them to avoid his toe that was broken but ended up squeezing it. he also feels like he was touched in an uncomfortable spot. Would def not come back here.

The last massage therapist I had, Tanya, did an awful job. The massage felt rushed and unprofessional. She mostly used one hand, seemed inexperienced, and jumped randomly from one area to another without any flow or technique. Much of the session consisted of simply pressing my body down into the table rather than actually working on the muscles and relieving tension. I even asked her to use her hands more effectively and focus on releasing the pressure in my muscles, but she didn't listen. What a waste of my day off and my money. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated instead of relaxed. Again. Her name was TANYA.

I am a deep tissue bodyworker for the last 20+ years and have a very busy demanding private practice....but my masseuse of 25 years finally retired and I have been having a very difficult time finding a truly talented masseuse. Coco blew my mind and I'm extremely picky! You either have the gift of Massage, or you don't, and she's up there w/ the BEST I've ever had!!! Vivian at the desk was wonderful as well and I am now beyond relieved to find my new masseuse! Lord knows I need regular massage in order to do my work, I'm SO happy I found my new home. I told her i wanted to pay tip now so i didn't have to do 2 transactions since i had no cash she said ok, instantly said ok so it's gna be $20 tip each person, i said $20? she looked at me funny, i said no $10 each, she's like no it's gna be $20 it has to be $20, and i said how are you telling me what im going to tip, you do what you want for a tip , and she was going back nd forth with im assuming her boss and negotiating, then said $15 and i kept so no, but the language barrier i dont think she understood my point so i just said $15 to get it out of the way, we got our massage and it was in a small cramped up room, smallest room i've ever had a massage in, the whole time the 2 women were socializing and not even putting effort in, my massage was decent but my gf said hers was so bad and turns out she had the woman i was arguing with about the tip, so she clearly felt some type of way. the whole massage consisted of weird behavior(her putting her crotch on top of my head, practically sliding her finger in my cheeks, putting my boxers half way down) this whole experience was odd and tbh the worst part was having a negotiation battle with how much i had to tip her which is wild, in what world do you negotiate tip with someone? i'm never coming back , and save yourself the hassle, for the price of $160 i could've just saved the money nd went to dinner. and everyone else reading save yourself the trouble, dudes who left the first couple reviews probably got happy endings and are giving biased reviews because this place was really bad and uncomfortable.

They take debt and credit cards. The lobby/reception area is small but has two chairs to sit in if needed. Once I was called back into the room it smelled clean and spa ready. The room had a couple of hooks to hang up your clothes which was convenient. I laid down on the table and Fern came in and worked her magic! The massage starts with what seems to be an assessment of your body with pressure points on your neck and shoulders, then some stretches of your limbs, followed by the massage. Starting from the neck to your toes, right to left, ending with a hot stone, scalp and face massage. The massage itself consisted of Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone, it was AMAZING!!! My body felt like jelly and ooooh so relaxed. As we were leaving they offered us a bottle of water and wished us well with much gratitude. Their prices are very reasonable. All I can say is that my originally scheduled 60 minutes, turned into 90 minutes! Tanya's soothing and strong hands resulted in a very relaxed body, mind and spirit.
