It was rainy/wet, windy, and cold, but it was completely worth it. Anyway, I read that Kadiri's was known for their biryani and upon taking my first bite I can vouch for them 100%. Wife and I had dined at a previous restaurant the night prior and the biryani was good, but this was on an entirely different level. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger though because it was so damn good! We also ordered their Chicken Chili Tiger Masala and keema naan. I know, I know - chicken tikka masala is SUPER basic but the VERY SPICY part sold me on it. It wasn't spicy, but at least it was really good. Had I known it was going to be mild I would've ordered something else, but again, it was very delicious. The naan was charred excellently and the lamb was perfection. Speaking of spicy, their scotch bonnet sauce was VERY good and spicy! Definitely worth getting if you're a spicy eater like me.

The event was planned for October 2025, but due to a serious family emergency, I cancelled the booking in June 2025, giving them months of advance notice. Since then, Mangos Catering has completely vanished. It has been over 8 months, and despite endless phone calls and messages, there has been ZERO response. Not even the basic decency to reply. They had no problem taking the deposit quickly, but when it came time to return the money, they chose to ignore me entirely. This is not just bad service -- it is unethical, dishonest, and extremely unprofessional. The stress of chasing my own money for months has been mentally exhausting. No business should treat customers this way. This experience has destroyed any trust I had. DO NOT book Mangos Catering unless you are prepared to lose your money. Once they have your deposit, good luck getting it back. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
