Terrible experience with this company. DO NOT do business with them!! Rented 150 white chairs for wedding. Almost all of chairs were dirty. Told to leave chairs on pallets outside church after wedding on Saturday night. Did not feel comfortable doing so because of bad neighborhood. Positioned chairs and pallets next to door at parking lot. Next day received call saying they could not pick up because chairs inside. Church was open. Then told would be charged $75 an hour for 2 employees to stack and load chairs plus .75 for each chair. Had to put chairs on pallets outside myself. Terrible service horrible experience. I would discourage using this company. They brought a different sized tent than was agreed upon, requiring a new floor plan (the day before). The delivery crew dropped a pallet of chairs off the truck. A handful of chairs were unusable and many tables were damaged upon arrival. Pick-up was a whole other circus, requiring one employee to return 3 days later to retrieve some items left behind (he called me at 10 pm saying the boss was making him go on his own time and could he stop by then). So, I'd strongly suggest you find another company. This story could be a lot longer, but this is sufficient to relay the point. read more

We rented chairs with cushions, tablecloths, a backdrop and an arch to turn a hotel meeting room into a wedding chapel and a large banquet room into a cozy dining room. Both rooms were beautiful! The rental items were in good condition, the tablecloths were free of wrinkles, and Jesse provided some extra chairs just in case we needed them. The numerous items and colors available to rent gave us a lot to choose from, and their display room gave us some good ideas. The planning for the event was mostly DIY by the novice mother of the bride - the challenges of the day were around a tight setup schedule, the delivery time and getting the items from the delivery truck to the event rooms. This was the worst company I have ever done business with. On my wedding they delivered the wrong product and was unable to fix the problem before our event. They delivered us the wrong chargers which threw off our entire design. They would not give us any compensation or apology even though we had a picture of what we picked out in their studio. They are extremely disrespectful. Please rent somewhere else. Action tents is much better. read more
