We changed our budget from $2k to $4k and you told us we could do add ons if we didn't need everything that consisted with a full scale event, looks like a bait and switch in some ways one could argue. Now I have a soon to be 16 year old extremely distraught as the contract is now cancelled and we are in need of a planner/coordinator and you are not responding.
