I was able to go from absolutely no windsurfing experience and poor balance to being able to stay standing on the board and riding the waves within 30-45 minutes. Roy was such a patient teacher and never once made me feel bad for falling. And I fell a lot. I would say this is a very comfortable and safe way to learn how to windsurf. I plan on booking another lesson so I can improve my turning.
