Says " you have to spend $xxx per year to service the coating every year to keep the warranty. Since the original owners did not do that, oops no warranty. What the actual f*ck? What kind of legitimate deck coating needs to be redone every year. Bottom line, this is a scam. He mixes Sherman Williams paint with deck over and sells it like some special coating. Nope. Don't ever put this stuff on your deck unless you want to ruin it. I ended up having to spend $50k on a whole new deck. This Kong coating was not salvageable. Don't waste your time or money. This guy is a joker
