The quality of food surpasses some of my regular Indian dining experiences in Sydney and Canberra. Food was fresh, flavoursome and generous. The menu offers both familiar dishes and new experiences. The range of Nepalese dumplings on offer are an incentive for a future visit. Hopefully Danphe's fine dining venture in the further northern suburbs of Hobart is sign of a new era offering a greater range of varied and international dining options in the upper Derwent Valley.
