He was kind and patient, and after my evaluation he recommended 3 different shoes. He explained he reasons for the shoes he chose for me and was right on the mark. The shoe color I chose was out of stock for my size but Saylor assured me I would have it quickly, delivered to my home from the Lewis Center store. Not having my size in stock is the ONLY reason for not giving 5 stars

The store didn't have my size in stock for the shoe I ended up choosing, but they were able to order the shoes from their Wooster location. Prices are around $150+ for shoes, and inserts are optional at about $50 a pair. I would shop here again, and they have several locations around Columbus.

Parking: The parking lot is shared with nearby stores, however whenever I've been here the parking lot has been mostly empty. Parking lot could use more lights at night. 4.5 stars. Customer service: When I was there recently, they had 3 employees assisting customers. They were very helpful. However I had trouble believing them after they insisted the leather shoes would stretch 3 sizes... which in my experience of playing college soccer is not true. 3.5 stars Selection: This is one of two locations, so if they don't have the specific item they can get it from their other store. This store has EVERYTHING you would need for soccer, for players, coaches, and referees. 5 stars. Overall: My experience here has always been good. I'm happy to see this store is still in business. Service was a little slow (the two guys at the counter were helping a young kid with an airsoft gun that had a problem). There is a sign by the main road, but you have to be on the lookout for it as you might go right past it (traffic can be heavy and moves quickly along this stretch of road). There isn't a huge amount of parking here, but I've never seen a tremendous number of cars in the parking lot so parking isn't a problem. The grounds are clean and presentable. Interior: this place is packed with inventory! There are no signs for the different sections, but wandering through is fun if you come here. The "aisles" are large enough to move through comfortably, though too many people in a given section might get crowded. Staff: the associates are great! I have always been greeted upon arrival and they are quick to assist customers when trying to find a specific product. They are very polite, professional, and courteous. Product: as I mentioned earlier, this store has lots of inventory! Boots, clothing, packs, tactical gear, knives, patches, camping accessories, and the list goes on. There are so many items here you may discover things you didn't expect! I have found many of the items are priced far lower than mainline stores with the same products. I prefer to come here first to see if they have the item(s) I seek so I can save some money. All the product I purchase has been of very good quality to exceptional quality and has lasted far longer than items I've found in mainline stores (after all, must of it is military surplus). Overall, this is a great store to find a huge selection of items, some of which might be hard to find. The staff is wonderful and the products are less expensive, but of better quality.
