Well, the next morning -early- I had a reply and soon a follow up contact to schedule service. Andrew, the electrician, was beyond good. He was considerate, professional, and careful. I had several projects which were somewhat complex mainly because of space limitations. Andrew worked through all the issues and made sure everything was acceptable to me. Someone gave me George's name at Affordable Complete Electric. I called George told him what was happening and he told me what he felt it was and what to do until he could come the next day. Later we discovered it wasn't just the kitchen but the entire house power was going off and on. I sent George a text. He called and said he thought it was an Entergy problem and that I should call them. He could have come out and charged me a big fee to tell me that, but he saved me the money. I called Entergy and it was wiring in the box by the street that was the problem. I appreciate someone who doesn't take advantage of people and try to help the right way instead of just seeing $ signs for themself. Parts cost mark-up 500% Plus hourly, which they added an extra half hour, I assume for tip. All for very minor maintenance that had already been partially completed by another HVAC company. ie. no investigation needed, no disassembly of HVAC, etc Everything laid out and all they had to do was connect 3 wires and re-assemble... So angry.... I do the service tech a huge favor and they rip me off.... Never using these guys again....
