So, I pass on my good opinion to a neighbor who engages them for a very complete (and expensive!) interior re-paint job. That old gift card, despite being promised repeatedly by the salesman, and after repeated attempts to contact him, just never quite shows up. Sure, it's just a little bit of money, and won't affect my life, but having been responsible for a customer service operation when I was still working, this just sticks in my craw. For what it's worth!
