The lovely woman who did my pre-screening was very kind and good at her job, which is a perfect reflection of Dr. Lazer himself. He did not rush through the exam at all, took plenty of time to explain each test and asked questions to find out and address my concerns with both medical issues as well as contact lens preferences. He explained how my vision had changed since I got my glasses three years ago, which is why they now cause me headaches--something I had just mentioned casually. Incredible! He then suggested a few different contact lenses I may prefer based on my needs and that he would put together a sample so I could try each brand out. Wow!! Then the girl in the hallway started getting ignorant along with her saying we need to have you ready for the doctor. If that was the case then they should have scheduled me sooner. There was no one else in the waiting room. I'm still in shock as to the way I was treated today. My husband and I will never go back.

I love dealing with Dr. Erlichman because she is a confident Ophthalmologist and it shows in her work that she is knowledgeable and very experienced. I had my cataracts removed this year by her and I am still very happy with the results. I have intraocular lenses put in after she took all the cataracts away! For the first time in 20 years, I can see at a distance! I enjoyed my latest vacation because I can actually see what my husband points out for me. Everyone at their office is certainly respectful and professional. The place is always full of people. You can get checked out by the Ophthalmologist or optometrist and select your frames from the same office. And the Hospital is across the street for the surgery! It is so convenient!

I had an eye exam here the last week of December. I knew I needed glasses and I knew it would be a…read moresignificant prescription because my strongest readers were not working at all. Two years prior to this appointment, I was prescribed a progressive bifocal at another vision center and had an awful experience. I could never see out of the glasses, everything was blurry, and wearing them made me physically sick. I expressed my concerns with the staff at Visionworks and they actually listened to me and explained why I had so much trouble before. The woman that did my exam was knowledgeable, patient, and took time to answer my questions. Then I worked with another woman to pick a frame, and go over my concerns about my previous experience with a progressive bifocal. She was extremely knowledgeable, explained the difference between my previous lens, and the one I would be getting, and assured me if there were any problems, they would correct it. I picked up my new glasses on Saturday , January 4th, and the same remarkable woman that helped me pick my glasses. Was there when I picked them up and again, customer service was absolutely the best! I've now had my glasses for five days and I love them! I cannot remember the last time I could see this clearly and I want to thank those amazing ladies at Visionworks!! I will never go anywhere else for glasses and you may see me sooner than later for contacts.
