I was in town for a game, and thankfully Everett's station was nearby with Amtrak operating out of it. The station is currently very closed off due to COVID safety protocols. For those particularly interested: -Hand sanitizer station is at the entrance -Masks are enforced while inside and on the train platform (Customer service provides masks to anyone who doesn't have one, even those just using the restroom) -Currently vaccination status is not checked -Social distancing is encouraged inside -Only one door is open (front of the building) -Plastic barriers throughout the lobby to manage foot traffic. Expect to have to walk in a loop to go to the restroom Restrooms are available to the public as well, and are in moderately decent condition. No paper towels, and the hand dryers are very weak/take awhile. If you're arriving or departing on a Greyhound or Amtrak bus, there's a separate area which is to the far right of the building. Taking the bus from Seattle to Spokane? If you're stopping at Everett and your driver gives you 10mins to step out and use the restroom, be mindful that you may not make that 10min window given the distance to/from and if the restrooms are crowded. read more

I waiting for my bus home and it was over an hour late. The woman in the station at the Amtrak desk was extremely helpful and kind!!!! Also two security guards checked on me regularly- even brought me a hot chocolate because it was cold out !!!! I would absolutely recommend this Station to anyone traveling!!!! Picked up a friend from this place and have stopped here to see what destinations they offer. Surprised to see they offer a train out to Chicago and back, definitely something I will considee in the future. Clean facility with modern building. read more

Everyone, please be careful out there! Yesterday I was on Bothell-Everett Hwy. when a transit bus suddenly started getting over, they were in the rh. lane and I was almost at the front of the bus when it happened. I had to swerve all the way into the turn lane to avoid having my 2 month old car hit by this crazy driver. The SUV in back of me had to do the same thing, and he almost didn't make it because where he was located behind me there was another SUV in the turn lane so he was almost forced to wipe out another car to get out of this crazy drivers way! It was about 1:30 or 2:00 when this happened. How do these people get hired to drive others around?! read more

I like Everett Station. :) The station is served by many routes of many transportation agencies. The station is served by Community Transit, Skagit Transit, Island Transit, Sound Transit, Everett Transit, Amtrak, Greyhound, and taxis. These routes include Community Transit's "Swift", from Everett Station to Aurora Village, Skagit Transit 's 90X, from Everett to Mt Vernon, Island Transit's 412C to Camano Island, Sound Transit's 532, from Everett to Bellevue, to name a few. The station is patrolled by a 24-hour security guard, which I really like. There is a little bit of litter, and sometimes, parking can be tough to find. But, in the end, I like Everett Station. :) read more

It's a beautiful building and right off the freeway (I-5). Free parking for 2 hours which is great. The attendants inside were helpful, but not exactly the friendliest. But that can be explained by the people they are attending. My experience involved a loud mouthed, possibly home less guy running up on my friends and I when he thought we were stealing his newspaper he left on the bench (mind you, he was across the waiting room for some reason). I've heard bad things about most citizens in this city (dubbed "eveROT") and I can see why people get that impression. But my friend took the train and said it was a pretty ride up to Canada. read more

This the first time to ride Amtrak. There was a gentleman at the ticket machine to help us and this was very helpful. We rode from Everett, WA to Seattle to watch a ball game at Safeco field. The scenery on the train ride was beautiful. Ride was comfortable and bathroom was clean. This was a great stress free way to travel. read more

Depending on the time of day, Everett Station seemed fabulous or frightening. This is the hangout for a lot of people who are boisterous and opinionated. There are benches in the lower level where Amtrak and Greyhound ticket counters are, also an espresso shop fro your coffee needs. All the actual bus stops are outdoors and mostly uncovered. Minus for having poor signage about where certain buses arrive and depart from and also for not having anyone on duty to answer questions except the security guard in the corner (who didn't know many answers). Long-term Parking is free in the lot to the left of the building, just make sure to register with security if your stay is long. read more

For some reason, I had a tougher time mapping out my route online recently. I was still able to get to where I wanted to though, and I'm still a fan. Freakin' 50 cents!! I read the other reviews here and the trend looks like the Everett team has improved over the years. However, our citizens need to straighten-up. Just today, (4/18/18) some goofball smacked into an Everett Transit bus on Broadway and did wipe-out the front end of both vehicles involved. Really? How stupid can these commuters get? As for the Everett Station, my first need was to find Worksource right there. All good there. Didn't see any security in the parking lots at the time. Overall, i believe that the staffing, and drivers are trying to make things work but, the public has a problem and will take time to get a nasty drug issue under control. read more

So i got on the bus at the casino road to mall station and the bus driver was quite angry. He was really rude to me I was getting on the bus and i was listening to music and instead of politely show to take my headphones off and turn music down he screamed "take your fucking headphones off while I'm fucking talking to you" read more

The customer service workers at the station are relly unhelpful and rude. They don't make any effort to be helpful.

I have driven by this place many times, however, this is the first time that I used the facility. I rode the Sounder to the Seahawks game. Purchasing tickets from the kiosk was easy, extra staff were standing near the kiosk to help those who have trouble. Boarding the train was quick and easy. I plan on doing it again. read more

I,really enjoy ridding on Everette Transit, allot. Their fares are lower than King County Metro Transit, Community Transit, and Pierce Transit's also. Their friendlly and very helpful. They've got cameras on all their busses. The operator's on the coaches are also very safe. read more

There is a pretty crazy mix of people there who will leave you alone for the most part. Unless they see you with cigarettes or realize you have change. I felt pretty safe over there. When I smoke cigarettes I always try to hid so nobody bums smokes off me. read more

Majority of drivers are nice and dealing with leaky squeaky busses and schedules apparently not set up by anyone who has actually driven the route. The bus I used to take #3 to link up with 513 bus is scheduled to be at evergreen and casino at 6:22am which is past the stop that I catch the 6:20 513 at 79th and evergreen. I called and was told it could be because of traffic, bus may have broken down, they may have have multi wheelchair riders. Also told not considered late unless more than 5 minutes late.... with another route was advised they have a window anywhere from 5 min early to 5 min late is not an issue for them. I come from Tacoma the buses have times you can depend on. If the bus is late they can tell u what happened because it is not often. read more

While it is illegal to smoke here, security and supervisors will only make you stop if you are under a certain age. Apparently, seniors do not have to follow no smoking law in Everett. The security here is EXTREMELY rude and (by their own admission) can only handle one thing at a time. If something is happening, all rules and regulations go out the window. read more

If they would inforce their no smoking policy it would be great. all the cigarette buts all over make it nasty. Also needs ORCA card readers south of the trains where most of the parking is. read more

Only rating this 2 stars for the awesome bus drivers themselves. We were able to get home with just the invoice of our tickets. After a frustrating service from Amtrak themselves, the understanding and kind bus drivers made it tolerable. Thanks guys! :) read more

I love that the trains get you anywhere, both local and across the country! I love it when I take the Sounder trains and just enjoy the beautiful view of Puget Sound. The area that the Empire Builders go across the country--Wyoming, Chicago, etc.--are beautiful as well. You can even go through the longest tunnel in the world with these trains! read more

After years of struggling with all the garbage from a bus stop by my house we finally got a trash can. Yeah, not so much, they have now removed it and say someone was putting yard waste in it and household garbage. The yard waste came from someone else as there is NO bamboo on our block. Seriously household garbage? The can's good far out weighed the bad. They refuse to put it back. Off to city counsel we go. read more
