    I like Everett Station. :) The station is served by many routes of many transportation agencies. The station is served by Community Transit, Skagit Transit, Island Transit, Sound Transit, Everett Transit, Amtrak, Greyhound, and taxis. These routes include Community Transit's "Swift", from Everett Station to Aurora Village, Skagit Transit 's 90X, from Everett to Mt Vernon, Island Transit's 412C to Camano Island, Sound Transit's 532, from Everett to Bellevue, to name a few. The station is patrolled by a 24-hour security guard, which I really like. There is a little bit of litter, and sometimes, parking can be tough to find. But, in the end, I like Everett Station. :)

    It's a beautiful building and right off the freeway (I-5). Free parking for 2 hours which is great. The attendants inside were helpful, but not exactly the friendliest. But that can be explained by the people they are attending. My experience involved a loud mouthed, possibly home less guy running up on my friends and I when he thought we were stealing his newspaper he left on the bench (mind you, he was across the waiting room for some reason). I've heard bad things about most citizens in this city (dubbed "eveROT") and I can see why people get that impression. But my friend took the train and said it was a pretty ride up to Canada.

    This the first time to ride Amtrak. There was a gentleman at the ticket machine to help us and this was very helpful. We rode from Everett, WA to Seattle to watch a ball game at Safeco field. The scenery on the train ride was beautiful. Ride was comfortable and bathroom was clean. This was a great stress free way to travel.

    The customer service workers at the station are relly unhelpful and rude. They don't make any effort to be helpful.

The bus came to the Everett station 15min. late, the driver looked at my confirmed ticket, and said he will not drive me to my destination in Weed CA. He said he will only drive as far as Seattle, and then the bus will be out of commission because he won't drive it any further. Then he told me to get off his bus and get another bus tomorrow, or sleep on the street in Seattle, because Greyhound will not put me up in a hotel in Seattle even though Greyhound screwed (he says) up my ticket and the bus scheduling. Greyhound, are you really this incompetent? Really that bad?

We waited and waited, then began calling -- the web site eventually showed a 7:18 p.m. arrival in Everett, but no sign of the bus. At about 7:30 multiple customer service reps said the bus was still in Seattle an hour away. At 8:15 p.m., with it getting dark (the bus station is in the middle of nowhere), and needing to catch a flight the next morning, we decided the best/only option was taking an Uber up to Vancouver -- it cost $200. The web site showed the bus eventually left Seattle at 9:03 p.m., 3 1/2 hours after it was supposed to leave. (As of the next day, it still showed a 7:18 p.m. arrival in Everett and I have no idea if it ever came.) The best customer service could do for the $200 I am out plus the hours we spent waiting and on the phone with customer service was the bare minimum of refunding the cost of the original tickets that we didn't use. I am surprised/disappointed a company that's been around 100 years couldn't do better than this, in all areas.

She consistently made herself available quickly whenever questions arose and worked closely with me to troubleshoot any uncertainties throughout the planning process. Her ability to plan ahead, communicate clearly, and remain attentive every step of the way made coordinating our event feel seamless and stress-free.     I was so stoked to get the opportunity to visit the Boeing Factory, the largest building (volume…read morewise) in the world. It was about 45 minutes from downtown Seattle. We arrived half an hour before our scheduled tour. Got to know during check-in that we had to leave all phones, bags and any time of accessories in the free lockers before heading to the factory site. The tour started with a short video. Then we boarded a modern bus to take a 10 minutes ride. Upon arrival, we took elevator to the 4th floor, from where we got to see the assembly line of the aircrafts. It was a balcony like place and the tour guide explained different aspect of the assembly process. We also got to see some of Boeing's latest fuselage tech and video on making of the latest 787 models. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, as she provided great insight on the history of Boeing, different aspects and facts about the factories and aircraft models. As we departed, we drove thru the parts and materials area, that had a lot of the crates and unassembled pieces of the planes. Once we got back to the main building, I explored the gift shop, cafeteria and the museum. Loved the gift shop that had so many amazing Boeing merchandises. The best ones were the smaller models of iconic Boeing aircrafts. There were also apparels, toys, magnets, stickers, stationaries and many other products. The prices were relatively cheaper for a tourist spot. We bought a lot of stuff from here. The cafe was spacious. Their popular item was Ivar's Clam Chowder. The museum had plan some display of 747 models. We also went to the observation deck that had gorgeous view of the whole factory site, some newly assembled aircraft wrapped in green plastic and the runway of the adjacent airport. Overall I had the most fascinating time here, being an aviation enthusiast. It was one of the best part of my Seattle trip.

    If I could give less stars for a review I would. Straight up the worst bus organization that I have…read moreever had to utilize. This company is not only consistently late, (every single day so far this week) but they have also lied to me and others. They also change the times of pick ups and drop offs without notification, as well as the locations. I am disabled and as is my special needs child and trying to put the blame on us for being at the correct place and 5 minutes early is simply unacceptable when you change the time of pick up to over half an hour it earlier without notification. To top it all off I have another child who rides the bus that missed the stop so instead of the driver taking the time to drive the child back to the stop that was missed they allowed the child to get off of the bus at a different stop and walk on the sidewalk along the highway... this is a second grader that we are talking about... purely unacceptable.

    Durham is the WORST! They are constantly late and often they don't show up at all. When I say…read more"constantly" I mean that at least once a week, something goes wrong. A driver doesn't show up, or is 45 minutes late, or gets lost from point A to point B. The Durham office is USELESS, and the staff sound, at best, bored. At worst, rude and mean. Phone messages are not returned. How are these people in charge of transporting children?! I wouldn't let these drivers dogsit for me.

    What John Wayne (SNA) is to LAX, Paine Field (PAE) is to SEA…read more Maybe not the best comparison here, but for someone who has been to both pairs of airports with half of one pair in proximity with the other half, it's a fair enough proportional analogy where the airport sizes are commensurate to one another. I live in Los Angeles County about the same distance between SNA and LAX, and hands down, I'd choose SNA over LAX because it's much less hassle to fly into and out of Orange County. Similarly, if I were to live in King County the same distance between PAE and SEA, I'd indubitably prefer the airport in Snohomish County instead. That is, unless my final destination or choice of airlines isn't associated with PAE. Only two airlines operate at PAE: Alaska and Frontier. Flights out of PAE will end up in Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, or a city in California. Any other destination, you will need a connecting flight. Any other airline, you will have to choose SeaTac instead. In my case, I was flying to SNA in Orange County, CA via Alaska Airlines. After getting dropped off at the passenger terminal, I made my way inside where I was able to check in my bag at a kiosk and get a luggage tag, which I secured around the handle of my bag, After dropping off my bag, I made my way to the TSA Security Checkpoint, where there was not a single customer in line. The security agent was in a very bubbly mood, even this early in the morning, trying to perk me up as I was still trying to wake up for my morning flight, so I do appreciate how upbeat she was to me! And I also appreciate how there was no line to get through security either! It's almost like nobody else in Puget Sound even knows about this airport that you almost wonder if you're even allowed to fly out of there. I flew out of SNA at an even earlier time, and I still had to wait a few minutes in line to get through security; my groupmates on this trip mentioned an even longer line at the TSA security checkpoint they went through at SNA. Hopefully they won't read this review; otherwise, they might be jealous of how I always found the shortest lines through security lol. I did joke to the bubbly TSA agent that I was still trying to wake up and could use some coffee; she mentioned there was coffee in the secure area. It's all the way at the left corner near Gate 1: Beecher's Handmade Cheese, which supposedly boasts the world's best mac & cheese. Hmm, can't be too certain about that. There's also a bar called Upper Case Bar, which is closer to Gates 2A/2B. Those are literally the only options for eats and drinks at this airport. If you don't like either, I'd recommend doing what I did: pack a couple of granola bars in your carry-on before boarding your plane, where the flight attendants will serve you refreshments, which include coffee. There are only three gates at this airport: Gate 1, Gate 2A, and Gate 2B. Initially, my flight was assigned to Gate 2B, which would have necessitated going outside before entering the plane. It was raining pretty hard that morning, and to make matters worse, my flight was delayed by almost two hours due to maintenance issues. Luckily, the flight got re-assigned to Gate 2A, which had a jet bridge, meaning that we didn't have to go outside to board the plane. Great news! I think the reason for the lack of a jet bridge at Gate 2B is because of how close it is to Gate 2A. However, if it rains a lot in that area, maybe consider a makeshift jet bridge on concrete so that passengers won't have to worry about getting wet before boarding the plane? Before the gate change announcement, we were told that they could provide umbrellas for us to borrow while walking to the plane, but there was only a limited number. I was almost afraid I'd have to use my own umbrella, which was in my backpack, and then place my wet umbrella back in my backpack during the flight. I really appreciated the awning at the dropoff location because, like I previously said, it was raining pretty hard during the early morning of my flight. I thought I was going to get a little wet at least before going inside the airport, but nope! However, since Paine Field is pretty large, I wouldn't recommend totally relying on GPS because it may take you to a different part of Paine Field. You might end up spending more time trying to find the airport than waiting inside the airport for your flight! I visited Everett, WA back in 2017, and while Paine Field had existed back then, the Passenger Terminal didn't until two years later. My only option then was to fly into SeaTac and then make the hour-long drive to Everett. Had my visit to Everett happened after that or if the Passenger Terminal had opened at least three years earlier, I easily could have flown in there instead. TL;DR: If you live closer to Everett, definitely consider flying out of PAE over SEA! Much less hassle and foot traffic here, but also make sure you know beforehand where in PAE the passenger terminal is.

When 6:00 came and went, I called the dispatch center several times to make sure it was on its way. The operator told me traffic was very bad and it would be there in two minutes. Twenty after six the cab arrived. The driver asked if I had been waiting and said he had just then received my call. At the end of the ride I attempted to pay with a credit card. The van was only set up for cash, so the driver called his buddy who took my card number. When I received my bill I saw they charged me more than the meter had shown I owed. Never again.

The driver grabbed my luggage, threw it into the trunk while I was standing right next to him. When I asked how he was doing he proceeded to unload about how bad business had been. Upon arrival at my home, a total fare of $7.19, I have him a $10 telling him to keep the change. I asked for a receipt and got out expecting he would at least help me get my bags out of the trunk but he just sat inside and popped the trunk for me to get my bags. When I approached him after I got my bags I said "a tip is earned based on service, for a $3 tip you could have at least helped me get my bags. He says "that's not my business"!!! And drove off. I decided to call Orange cab and at least lodge a complaint. I was definitely not happy when I called and I told the dispatcher. He then asked if I had the cab # or drivers name, which I didn't. I told him where I was picked up and dropped off and the nationality of the driver but he let me know that I hadn't done it right and it was making it harder for him to do his job!! Before I knew it I'm getting upset with this guy who starts getting upset with me. It was all unnecessary as far as I was concerned but par for the course since I had received the same treatment from the driver. My point to anyone reading this is: don't pay a driver until you are out of the cab and they have completed their level of service. This will allow you to decide how much to tip them. I do not want to penalize a driver who "earns" it but I will no longer tip crappy service and I will not be hiring Orange Cab again, thankfully there are choices.
