The foam in the seat cushion and the lumbar cushion in one of the chairs had deteriorated over the years. I called and asked if they could get replacements. They did. I went to pick them up and, when I offered to pay, they told me no payment was necessary because this typical after the sale service. My chair, the one where we replaced the foam in the cushions, has to be at least 15 years old. With renewed foam in the cushions, I'll be good for years to come. I got just what I needed at no cost. When approached with the problem, they first blamed the contractor, then REFUSED TO PAY to fix the problem. This problem DELAYED a 6 week project back 2 weeks and they were very unapologetic. If you are looking for a group to increase the ease of your project, they will make mistakes and delay completion. For the price of their services, go elsewhere.
