Also, although I wasn't charged for it, the technician told me there was an incidental charge of $15 for the rags they use for clean-up. I have never heard of this before, and given the price they charge for a service call, I thought that was a bit excessive. This company was recommended to me by someone I trust, but I will be doing more research next time and calling someone whose rates are more reasonable.
