After that, I got an email from them saying they were revoking their pre-approval. They had all the information they needed from day one so them changing their mind is completely unfounded and a slap in the face. I got completely ripped off and would not recommend using them for your home loan. I know I won't even consider them in the future. It took their underwriter so long to review my information, that the short window to get the inspection and whatnot done, had long expired. I thought the house was mine, just to have it ripped away after I had already invested a lot of money. Not trustworthy. They just want your money which is apparent by them charging you for the pre-approval letter but not giving you your money back after they totally screw you over on your dream home. Don't be their next victim. ​

She said that she would note my account so I could stop by and get a new card. Thank you Linda! But when I got to the Riverside branch bank there was an issue with me getting a new card. I felt like I was being interrogated about getting a new card after it was noted on my account. The teller at the time told me I need to be careful with this card because they may not give me another card upfront again. I cannot control my card getting hacked. I've had my account with cPort for a long time and I'm upset about what went down just to get a new card.

We have banked with Camden National Bank for many years and have made repeated efforts to address…read moreongoing concerns, yet the level of service continues to fall short. My debit card frequently does not function when traveling internationally, despite providing advance notice. In addition, the online banking platform has proven unreliable, with important account information--such as my routing number--periodically disappearing. The only resolution offered has been to visit a branch in person, which is not practical for customers with standard business-hour work schedules. Customer service has also been disappointing. Phone representatives appear to be located out of state and are unable to provide local branch contact information. Furthermore, it has been extremely difficult to obtain a call back from our local branch. This experience does not reflect the level of accessibility or responsiveness expected from a community-focused bank. Additionally, I have made multiple requests over the past five years--both by phone and through submitted forms--to discontinue paper statements. Despite these efforts, they continue to be sent monthly, along with a $7 fee. Overall, the experience has been consistently frustrating and inconvenient. As a result, we have decided to move our accounts to another institution and hope to find improved organization, more reliable service, and more reasonable fee structures.

Today two female tellers refused to cash the check. It was a little faded and I understand that could be an issue. The check was for 84 dollars and scanned through the system. The printing is readable by eye. I asked if she could look it up as it's through that bank. She said yes but then she would have to explain why she accepted it. I totally understand it's by the tellers descetion. I cash it there every month though, it's a state check and it was 84n dollars. After she scanned it and handed it's to the other teller she asked her if the check had already been cashed which I felt was more of a judgment towards me and the other teller told her that she had ran it through the scanner. She told me to come back when the manager was there. My electric is paid on the 11th every month due to the check coming on the 8th. I understand. I do.I stated something before her denial during explaining and her response was rude and defensive. It can be seen I cash the check there every month within a few days of each other. The other teller said that PHA is good about issuing another check. It takes another week to get one.she could have simply verified the check by eye and or looked it up. I felt judged and embarrassed. Not a great experience.

Conveniently on Friday they said they could not go further in the process due to issues on my credit report ( charged off account that was paid in full prior) which they saw and new about prior to my approval with conditions.So basicly they denied me with the same information they approved me with. I then called Sara who is a supervisor. She claims she can't refund our money due to I cannot prove the underwriters saw or new about that information on my credit report that they had prior to my conditional approval . She then informed me that my 500.00 deposit was already spent. Wow, spent my money immediately after my 4 day aporoval. Also, guess who has not returned my calls after I sent an email with the proof they required. You guessed it, Northeast Bank.
