They all seem to want to be sure you have the best experience you can. The quality of the work is without peer, which is not surprising given the staff. I have had cleanings, fillings redone, orthodontia consults, and other work. I never felt judged, shamed, or anything other than than capable. I got wonderful tips on how to improve! Any question I had about procedures, terminology, dentistry, billing, or how to improve care at home was met with kindness, joy to share, and encouragement. I spent a year calling and was absolutely ignored, then they blocked me from making any future appointments - because they were dishonest and refused to speak to me and sort the issue out. As a result of their dishonesty I am unable to use my dental insurance. Also you can't just speak to someone in the office, you have to call the main number and try to get ahold of the Bellingham office, good luck with that. 2 years later I have still not been able to speak to them even after detailed messages were left. Blaming a patient for teeth clenching when they are asking for treatment options is uncalled for. You can do the responsible thing and pay your balance or let the account default. I have cancelled your next appointment and inactivated your account. You will receive a statement in the mail. each month until paid.
