Dr. Smith is a brilliant doctor, that's true, but I was just as impressed by her staff. They are all very intelligent, warm, and true experts at what they do. She has built a real team, and they all seem to love their job. My mother had an infected tooth, and Dr. Smith was able to see her on very short notice (due to a cancellation, which was very lucky for us). She was so very gentle with my mother, truly compassionate, and performed the oral surgery quickly and easily. I say "easily", but I mean she makes it LOOK easy, the way Fred Astaire made his dancing look easy, when actually, his rehearsals were grueling and obsessive in order to make it look that way. Dr. Smith graduated from among the top of her class at University of Washington, which is an excellent dental school. After having an excellent dentist in the Bay Area for years (Dr. Anthony Ferrer, Redwood Shores, CA, who graduated from the University of California, San Francisco -- another top medical school), we have been sort of heartbroken that we hadn't found someone as good. It's such an important part of one's healthcare. After three disappointing dentists (hectic offices, over-priced services), it is deeply refreshing and comforting to have found Dr. Smith. Her office space is beautiful, her "VIP plan" is very generous, and the visits are over before you know it! How can you possibly top that?

He was informative, assisted me in weighing options, was extremely thorough, checked in with me along the way during my procedure, encouraged me to check in with him later if I needed anything, and he is engaging and friendly.

They tell you youre paid up and then you get mailed a bill. The staff always blames your insurance for the issues. Its no longer worth the frustration to go there.

I saw Faith Bult for some dental work back in 2006. They put in a filling that ended up not staying…read morein. When I went back to get it redone, the assistant started drilling on my tooth before the novacain set in even though I had told them my body is extra sensitive and needs more time than most people for it to set in. She drilled right on the nerve (I didn't realize she was going to start drilling so I couldn't say no in advance), and it was the worst pain I've ever felt. It was horrible. I saw blazing light and my feet flew up over my head. They let the novocain set in after that and finished the filling. But the new filling ended up not staying put either, it rocked back and forth. I called it quits then (I should have after the first filling), and went to another dentist who, upon looking at my tooth, asked me where I had gotten the work done. When I told her, she said, "Ah yes. We've seen many of her patients over the years. I'm sorry you experienced that." They couldn't put another filling in because Bult had drilled so much/wide that there wasn't room, so I ended up needing a crown. I've experienced ongoing pain from that initial appointment for 20 years and will likely need a root canal soon. I feel clear that if the initial cavity was filled correctly jt wouldn't be in pain (I've had other cavities filled without any problems). Bult never replied to my feedback, and never owned up to the mistakes of either filling or the drilling without novocain. I simply advise you to go elsewhere.

I had a broken veneer and he patch it up for a temporary fit up, so I could continue to smile as I do :) Then a full exam, X-rays and full coarse of action to get my teeth back to 100% working order. Print out of all costs, and itemized... So there are no surprises financially. We ended up doing a porcelain crown in front were the broken veneer was. shaped, color matched and placed...Looks Awesome, Feels great! A true Artist and Craftsman :) Thank You Marcus! I was given gas but not put under. I became very silly and wanted to have a full on conversation with both of them as they were trying to pull my teeth. Perhaps it was that, or perhaps it was just because my teeth were impacted but...unfortunately three of my teeth were cracked in the process. I didn't feel terribly supported by the staff, I wish they had been a little more clear with me about what was going to happen and what they needed from me during the procedure. And it would have been nice for them to try to distract me, understandably they were focused on the procedure but I do feel like their bedside manner could have been better. They also dismissed my concerns when I told them my teeth were cracked. I have a lot of trauma from that visit. I would never go back here again or suggest that anyone go here. But again, everyone's dental care is different. So just take my experience with a grain of salt, I'm not saying it would be the same for you - just sharing what happened to me.

They explain over the phone what to expect upon arriving to the office. You call the main line upon arrival. A staff comes out and take everyone's temperature. Once clear, another staff comes out and bring in the patient. The parent can stay in the car or join their kid with mask on. Waiting area was cleaned and space our if a parent would rather wait there. Hand sanitizer is provided near the entrance for anyone to use. The staff here really makes this office special. All the dentist assistants are great with keeping the kids calm and entertained while they wait for the dentist. Everyone, from the ladies at the front desk to the hygiene assistants, to the dentist, are all great. On this visit we saw Dr. Chad Galbraith. He was great about keeping me informed during the visit on what he was doing and kept my 10 year old feeling comfortable sitting in the dentist chair for over 45 minutes. She had lots of work that needed to be done unfortunately. He even called me afterward to check on her since it was her first time using the laughing gas. The procedure was easy to follow and I felt good about my girls' visit.
