Not only was the item not delivered on time, if they are closed on holiday, understandable, so don't have it as an option on the website and send a confirmation email with the date promised to deliver. Extremely dissatisfied and ruined an anniversary gift, only option given to make it right was to pick-up to refund after being met with attitude, did not trust them coming to try to redo the arrangement. Will not be using again, save yourself the waste of money and find any other florist that will not only deliver on-time, as picture but, have professionalism when the customer isn't 100% satisfied.
