After our first in person meeting, we were more than sure they would treat us well and we couldn't have been more correct. They never once treated us with any judgement and always gave a superior level of customer service for us in spite of being on a more "starter" home budget. They took the time to explain things in plain terms, allow us to ask questions without judgement, and more often than not - anticipated the information we would need or want so we didn't even have to ask the question! After only looking at 4-5 houses with them, both Kirsten and Rick were able to so accurately understand and anticipates our needs and wants for our home that we felt entirely comfortable putting offers on homes that we had not seen but only they had seen in person - we felt 100% sure that if anything was even potentially an issue for our wants and needs, Kirsten and Rick would notice and bring it to our attention. They consistently went above and beyond for us as well. While we were watching for new listings that met our wants/needs constantly, Kirsten and Rick had hawk eyes on the new listings. There were a few listings we'd send them, that without any prompting from us, they had gone to look at on our behalf already. While they had other clients actively working with them at the same time as our home search, never once did Kirsten and Rick not respond nor were they completely unavailable for our inquiries. Response times were always quick and any last minute requests or changes were handled with respect, kindness, and understanding. Their level of organization and their vendor network (lender, title company, home inspector) made the experience incredibly smooth. Kirsten and Rick and their vendors worked so seamlessly together that other than looking at the potential houses, we didn't have to do any of the legwork. Next to the lockbox was a laminated handout warning us of scammers and not to communicate with individuals claiming to be the owners of the condo. We wondered if this neighborhood was as safe as we originally thought. The back patio was very small and looked unkept. Finally the inside was quite old and dark during midday, unlike the open airy well lit spaces portrayed in the photo. We could hear creaks going up the stairs. We felt like we were mislead by photos that did not truly represent the property we viewed.

We originally set the date for about 90 days but they said there no problem if we find a home and need to move the date up, so we went out thinking we had a cash offer to buy or home and it would happen. We found a home and contacted them to adjust the date to match closing date for about 45 days instead, and this is when all hell broke loose and we figured out what they were doing was a scam and they really weren't offering us cash for our home. We explained we needed to close by the 1st and they said "well in order to give you the price we have given you we may not be able to get it sold that soon or even by the 14th of the next month as originally quoted" of course this great price is 125k under market if everything is fixed for maybe 20k. But they were happy to try it we allowed them to show the home, so we adjusted our schedules, always remove animals so they could show the home while moving all our possessions to prepare to move out on the 1st. We then discovered they weren't doing a cash offer, what they really did was list it on the MLS for sale "as is" at 75k under market getting 50k in their pocket to do almost nothing. Within a couple weeks they had an offer and I thought we may actually make this new home purchase work. When it got close to the purchase date of the 1st we kept asking what was going on and finally they came back that it looks like the 19th now so we asked them if they would contact our realtor on the other home and explain the circumstances, after 2 days we discovered they never contacted them and they again lied and said they hadn't got an answer or a response from them which wasn't accurate so we let them know it was looking like the 19th. The owners of what was going to be our new home then went ahead and set it for the 30th just in case anything else happened but wanted half of our ernest money or 2500 released and mark as non refundable. We contacted Offer Now and they verified with the owner that they could give us the $2500 back if the sale didn't go through figuring the delays were on their end and this was the least they could do, plus they likely collected a check from the buyers for the Ernest money. Well after the 19th passed, no details and just excuses finally on the 25th they came back and said the buyers financing wasn't happening and the sale wasn't going to happen. Then they said they would not follow through and pay us back the $2500 we were going loose because the other sale was not going to complete either now after just stringing us along and saying it should go through fine. So in conclusion I just had to laugh as they told us the are not giving us the 2500, plus we paid 650 for an appraisal, 350 for an inspection, turned off all utilities, moved everything out and into storage containers that we are now paying for, and lost the house we were planning to move into!!! And they had the nerve to say they would still like to put our home on the market again and try to screw us some more. No thanks we already painted the downstairs, made may repairs, cleaned it, we might as well do the repairs now that the house is empty and keep the $125k for ourselves Avoid this company at all cost they aren't really buying your home for a cash offers and offering everything on their site, like hassle free, cash offer, work around your needs, no showings, just pack up and move, they handle all repairs and cleaning. Like several others have said it is not on the contract their word means nothing and they won't abide by their word!!
