Because I"m moving soon, I was worried about making this worse. He took me into the gym and demonstrated how to protect my back when picking up or carrying things. He checked in on me later in the week. I improved each day. In a week I had to move but was careful and did not re-injure it. I will be back to see Jack regularly about my chronic hip issue. He is friendly, caring, calming, and highly knowledgeable. What a great addition to Monument PT.

It's taken months for them to get it right, and it still isn't. The nurse (older lady from Crested Butte) is so incompetent. She can't communicate well, ask questions correctly, doesn't listen to answers, and can't pronounce prescription names. She acted like she lives on another planet. Dr. Tardif had me go directly to the hospital so my test results would come back quickly, the same day. Had a full blood panel and chest x-ray. This was Wednesday. Didn't Receive a call on Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon, still no word. I placed a call Wednesday afternoon. Was places on hold twice, with the promise the doctor would be right with me. After holding for 20 minutes, a staff member came on the phone and said the doctor would call me back soon. It's now late afternoon on Friday and still no phone call. All around grossly negligent!

In fact, the podiatrist I saw before seeing him told me it would be a way worse surgery than Dr. Goforth suggested it would be. As soon as Dr. Goforth saw me, he told me exactly what he could do, how he would fix it, and how often he did the procedure I would need. He was super patient with me when I was unsure of scheduling and understanding that I had to bring my toddler into my consult. As long as I live in the Grand Valley, this will be the person I go to, to solve my foot and ankle problems. The receptionist is a total sweetheart and was patient with my toddler, despite her not being on her best behavior due to her being, well, a toddler. She is super prompt returning phone calls and goes the extra mile to make you feel listened to and cared for.
