At age 83, that I am able to walk without assistance is in large part a testament to the excellent care he has given me. I also want to give a shout out to his excellent office team. They are the warmest, most caring and efficient group in any doctor's office. I love this group.

Got home with them put them in and My pain was instantly gone I would come every day and sit because the pain was so bad . I'm disabled and pretty much home bound 24/7. Unable to care for my feet or nails due to my…read moreprevious broken back/neck and spinal injuries causing severe neuropathic issues. My nails are out of control and often getting infected. I called NW FOOT and Ankle and told them I need to have regular nail cutting help and they stated they would take care of me. Come to find out, Dr. Chung, who was nice, just said to come back when my nails are infected and he'll do a small surgery to remove any offending nails which are turning in. I need monthly care by trained medical people to cut my nails, not just go to a nail salon, who have stated that I need medical professionals cutting all my turned in nails. I spent a huge amount of energy, travel and $40 copay to go to NW Foot and they didnt help me the way they said they would when I originally spoke with them. David S. Chung is probably great for nail bed surgery, but nothing more.

Dr. Elliott is concerned about the welfare of his patients. He really cares about treating the individual with respect and is a good listener. The results of my procedures have been excellent, healed quickly and virtually painless. If you have foot issues, this is the doctor to see.

Just to be told that I need an MRI. I left at 12:05. My referral for the MRI sat on "Kathy's desk" for 14 days. I called 3 times just to be told how busy they were. My MRI was denied based off, "not enough information, must have PT referral." I HAD BEEN IN PT FOR WEEKS by that time. I called Rask's office back to see what the next steps were, I was told "check with your doctor." RASK IS MY DOCTOR?!? Got a referral (from my PCP) to new ortho group. MRI approval in less than 24 hours. MRI scheduled within 3 days of appointment with new ortho group. Rask... let's get into the 21st century and maybe hire "Kathy" an assistant. That was ridiculous.
