I was repeatedly contacted nearly two weeks before my scheduled appointment to confirm, which felt excessive and unnecessary--especially considering their own policy only requires 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Despite confirming and asking for the calls to stop, the repeated contact continued and became intrusive. I specifically requested--twice--that the dentist call me directly so I could discuss the situation. I never received a call back, yet the confirmation calls from staff continued. That lack of communication and respect for my request was disappointing. In the end, I canceled my appointment within their 48-hour policy and have decided not to return. Patients deserve to feel respected, not pressured or harassed over an appointment that is still weeks away. I hope the office takes a closer look at how they handle patient communication moving forward.

My stylist was Brendan and he was a doll! Super sweet, kind and so welcoming to a traveler. His shampoo felt like the head massage I needed after a week in the cabin. The blow dry was great as I have a sensitive scalp and at no point was there any heat spikes on my head. My hair was flowing with great bounce and swing. Thanks for an amazing job! Will be back if I am ever in town again
