Guess I shouldn't be surprised by the low (2 star) rating here. Showed up to my appointment within the 10 minute window (8 minutes), no one helped me for a while, and then when they did, I was told they'd already taken the next patient. Agreed that was their policy, but told me sorry they couldn't get me in. Go elsewhere, if you have any option. Ps. I had called ahead of time to let them know I would be 5 minutes late, but their phone system gives no option to reschedule a person. read more

Dear Evergreen Health Team & New/Current Patients, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Ildi, a phlebotomist at the Kenmore location. After being referred to LabCorp by two specialists outside the Evergreen network, I had two frustrating experiences in a single day--one with a very rude phlebotomist and another where I arrived for a scheduled appointment only to find the door locked. Disappointed, I took my doctor's orders and returned to Evergreen Health, and I couldn't be happier with that decision. From my very first visit with Ildi, she has been nothing short of amazing--caring, thoughtful, and highly professional. Her kindness and expertise make every visit seamless and reassuring. This is just one of several experiences I've had with Ildi, and every single time, she has provided exceptional care. As someone who works in a field where guest satisfaction and reputation are paramount, I make it a point to acknowledge individuals who truly make a difference. I need to unfortunately update my review here. Since I started going here things have gone downhill drastically. I still think Travis Jo Cufley a kind and thorough doctor ( NP) as her pompous self righteous superiors insist she be called) but she sold out when the old boy network that runs this place clearly did the wrong thing. They failed to act responsibly and appropriately and stay on top of current Covid developments. They were unable to recognize symptoms, listen to those in the know, and act accordingly to help or refer when things were urgent. Instead, they washed their hands of ailing urgent patients, avoided contact at the risk of abandoning patients, and even outright abandoned very sick patients when things became stressful during the early covid months. They were manipulative, unprofessional and negligent to a point of covering their tracks and involving the younger less experienced doctors against their will. I know that this seem vague and I don't know how else to warn you. Dr Telge should be avoided and investigated as should any admin covering for him. We moved over to UW and the care, responsiveness, communication, professionalism and rules are astoundingly superior. Don't waste your time here. It's okay for minor issues but if you should become ill and need swift capable care that your life depends upon, you do not want to be here. read more

**Watch Out for GOTCHA(!) Junk Fees** I went here for a physical and only answered questions the ARNP asked me. I was billed for a physical -and- "Office/Outpatient New Low Mdm" Fee. After dispute and review, the charges stands because the nurse asked me questions that were outside of the parameters of a physical. I say they should not have asked me these questions then... I submit this office or perhaps all of EvergreenHealth intentionally asks extra questions to bolster their fees they can charge us and the insurance companies. read more

I came here to the urgent care of this hospital because I couldn't move my left foot and they never checked on my foot they just hand me a map and told me to go to an ER instead. Then after coming out of the building I asked the person who attended me when checked in and asked her that I am not going to get charge for this right? They didn't even checked on me. And she reassured me that I would not be charged. Then a week later I noticed that insurance has been billed and I high deductible plan that doesn't cover this and now I need to pay a visit to this urgent care when they never checked my foot. Now I am contesting this charge and I will move forward with legal help in the small claims court if that doesn't work. read more

Today, I walked out. After 35 min of waiting and being able to hear the doctor and a patient discuss weddings, sports and graduation and that 49 yrs is old through paper thin walls, I had enough. I get emergencies or running late but a total lack of communication and respect for my time. This was an 8:30 am appt!!! How can you be over 35 min late! Last month, my kid's meds needed refilled. Doctor said she was never told about the issue. These are meds that you must take every day. Calls weren't returned. Referrals were made incorrectly. This is a hard decision. I've been with this group since 1997. Two of my kids were delivered by doctors on that staff. But I'm done. Hopefully I can fine a new physician group that understands that patient are also customers. read more

Walked in with blood pouring out of my head and was presented with zero urgency as I was asked to wait behind someone else that was there for an openly admitted non-emergency (at an urgent care facility) and it was by far the slowest interaction I've had at any medical facility. After waiting nearly 10 minutes for her to handle the single patients simple request she walked away and proceeded to make a private call. I promptly left seeing as I clearly wasn't going to get any help, I truly hope the girl at the counter is fired. read more

I have nothing but praise for the excellent care & professionalism that this clinic has always given me over the many, many years that I have been going there but I'm finding it hard to give any stars for the horrendous experience I continue to get when I call. They are super once I talk to someone, but I have had to wait on the phone or wait for a call back for a minimum of an hour but mostly more. It's been the cause of mixed up orders, delay of care & general added health problems. To make it all nightmarish you have to listen to the loudest jarring song over & over. The same exact music for as long as I can remember. It's truly sad because the level of care & the people there are the best. read more

I've been coming to Kenmore Evergreen since I was very young and have always had a great experience. However, recently the staff is very unhelpful and inconsiderate of patients urgent needs. I come here expecting my doctors to provide healthcare advice but worryingly, I have felt judged and shamed over decisions in my life. I'm overall extremely disappointed in this clinic and hope they can improve this concerning issue. read more

I had to switch doctors because mine left. My first appointment with the new dr went well. Now that I actually need an appt for a PT referral I can't get one for weeks. I keep calling to see if they'll send in a referral so I can at least start PT to help with my pain before my appointment but after leaving several messages and talking to staff I have not received a call back after each attempt and no referral still. I am very disappointed. Went from a 5 Star review to a 1. What good is a practice if they can't help you when you need it. Plus wait times when you call in even to schedule are ridiculous! read more

I am beyond pleased with the new Evergreen Health facility in Kenmore. My whole family sees Colleen Pacem, ARNP and she's an outstanding practitioner. She truly takes the time to listen, discuss treatment options, and is willing to research and follow-up when needed. We have several unique conditions in our family and it's a relief to have a primary care provider that genuinely cares and wants to help. Having the Urgent Care and Physical Therapy offices onsite at the Kenmore location has saved me countless time and money. read more

This review pertains to the Evergreen urgent care clinic in Kenmore: Medical scum! Went in for infected wasp bite. Two weeks after visit I received a USPS letter stating revised culture (same day) results indicated MRSA. I have 2 phone lines, messaging, e-mail and a dedicated fax line. I should have been contacted immediately. Tried to call them and went through an interminable voice directory and reached human who put me on hold for 20 minutes. As I said before, "a medical polyp."Luckily, my own immune system was flesh eating bacteria resistant and the swelling had gone on its own. These digital primitives could not access my Swedish records. I received a tetanus after running home to check the date of the last shot but Evergreen refused to submit it to Medicare Part D for payment, telling me they " just don't do that!" The billing had been rejected by my MediGap carrier because Evergreen's billing made it appear to be an immunization rather than therapeutic and they did not follow up. Doctors say, "No harm, no foul." but it sure is irritating. read more

Nice staff and I think Nurse Coleen P is brilliant, but since Evergreen switched their online system they called me 5 times about one appointment, I cancelled it 5 times and then the next time I saw them they STILL thought I went to that appointment. Also, be sure to ask them about conditions that last a long time like with concussions. They told me symptoms would likely persist for 6-12 months so I waited until the year was up and when I still had symptoms after the year they said I waited long enough that it was no longer a follow up and I'd have to come in for another exam JUST to get a referral to go get another ct scan. Unless they can suddenly see my brain I'm pretty sure this is a complete waste of my $200 AND Evergreen Radiology who did the initial scan said I didn't have to go SEE the doctor unless it was some internal policy on their part. Since Evergreen in Kenmore saw me initially about the injury, they have my balls in a vice grip here.....going to see a more reasonable doctor would still make me have to see them for an exam first because it couldn't possibly be considered a follow up. Frustrating. But Nurse Coleen Pacem is really good. Highly recommend seeing her. read more

My wife went for her annual physical here and the facility coded her visit as a diagnostic visit. When we called back the person told us that they coded the visit incorrectly right from the time when we scheduled the visit on the phone and they would do nothing to fix the incorrect billing issue. All this despite actually calling to confirm an annual checkup for my wife and even after the visit when we had called, they assured that the visit was a preventive visit. Only after we received the EOB did we find out that they were coding the visits incorrectly. read more

Let's see I have been going here for at least 15 years. I have seen every doctor and nurse practitioner who has worked there in those 15 years and only disliked one (she is no longer there). Each person brings something new to me, each seems to have a different skill set. Dr. Curtis was my primary physician who actual delivered my two youngest sisters. He was ALWAYS so attentive and drew pictures to explain things, like your sinuses. Dr. Telge& Dr. Anderson were wonderful as well. Colleen and Travis Jo, both nurse practioners have been wonderful replacements for me since Dr Curtis isn't around as much because he's semi retired. They have been so helpful since I have had my daughter. Colleen recommended the midwives at evergreen hospital in Kirkland and I am so grateful for the recommendation. Even though I have been there 4 times in the past two months for my daughter they always make me feel welcomed and understand that as a new mom I have concerns that need to be addressed. The point is, I feel important by not only the doctors, nurses and nurse practioners but the front desk staff who are astounded I am now old enough to have a daughter of my own. I love this office and don't understand the negative reviews. The one bad experience I had with the FD staff was resolved immediately. I miss some of the old staff but love the new staff just the same. read more

Great doctors. You won't ever see one though. I went there for 25 years. Never again. Over worked docs maybe have 5 minutes a patient. Oh, be sure to check out the gift shop though. For years I and my two sons were patients of Dr. Curtis. He was an excellent doctor and we had many years of top-rate care. Unfortunately, he retired a few years ago and since then the clinic no longer holds to the same standards. Almost every time I try to make an appointment now with one of the other doctors I'm neary always referred to the Evergreen walk-in clinics at either Canyon Park or Woodinville. I did manage to get in once to see Colleen Pacem, ARNP. She seemed attentive and told me to come back to see her the following week if my symptoms hadn't cleared. They hadn't cleared but when I called to see her again, I was told the next open appointment was another two weeks out, and that if I needed care before then I should go to the walk-in clinics. It's too bad because this clinic is right in my neighborhood, but I'm tired of relying on walk-in clinics for the primary health care needs of me and my family. read more
