The tile work was poor with the setting and grout being the worst. The tile quickly began to come loose and the grout falling out. But our biggest issue was he set multiple dates to come make the repairs and never showed up. Then he would not answer his phone. He would occasionally answer a text but then would not show up when he said he would. I would not recommend him for any new construction or remodel.
