After my husband accepted the bid and he accepted the job we were told we were a few weeks out. It is Nov. 1 and still our roof has not been replaced. Every time my husband has called he has been told the same thing a few week's out. When my husband called last week he was told "there are 4 roofs ahead of yours." With the weather changing we can no longer wait for Dale! Dale's Gone Roofing? More like Dale's Gone Missing! I gave a one star rating because it is the lowest allowed!

Result: Took 4 days for roofer to get to our house and put SILICONE on our roof. He thought that did it. Not acceptable. Part II: required him to come back, as he said he would in the spring. He didn't come back until nearly winter. Then, he left his rag on the roof, and there is still a HOLE in the roof. No response from McPeak. The saga continues . . .

I entered into a contract agreement with him, where I was required to pay a deposit of 50%. This contractor ran with $6500 without doing any work. He has avoided all contact with me. Research your contractors, make sure they are fully licensed and bonded and make sure to check your references. I lost $6500 because I trusted someone without investigating his company first. Almost all of our windows have lost their clarity and have an opaque film over them which prevents us from being able to see out of them. I began calling Bi State in December of this year, and after talking with the receptionist but receiving no follow-up call, kept calling about every month with the same result. It is now June, and no one has ever called me back. The receptionist even told me she would pass my information onto the owner of Bi State but to no avail. I just want to talk about any options we have regarding warranty, replacement or other solutions. VERY disappointed in this company. I strongly suggest you avoid them with your business. I was not happy with a few things after they were completed (one was damage done to the flashing that was not there before they started). The other was that one side of the house has gutters were not on grade and there was a very obvious swale and I knew that the water will not drain properly. I made a call and was told to send an email and attach pics. Shortly after doing so I got a call telling me that my only option was to spend an additional 3-5,000 dollars to fix the issue and no accountability was taken on the damage done to my house. The issues I have were completely fixable, but there was no attempt to remedy. This is the first negative review I have given on yelp, but thought people should know how this company does business.
