Great experience in booking this company for my sons 8th Grade Luncheon for his school. 360 was a huge hit with the kids and parents. The platform was big enough to fit 7 people on it. The media booth was also booked and that was a hit as well. The layouts looked very professional and when designing it with Sergio and did have some suggest and he was more then happy to make the changes. The layout came out exactly how I wanted it. I got an awesome deal for the media booth with no attendant. Nowadays no one really cares about prints and the media booth was perfect for that because it can text, email or airdrop your photo. Not only does it do photos it does boomerangs and gif. You save a lot of money by not having an attendant there printing the prints for you. If you are looking for a great price photobooth everlasting is fair. They also came an hour early to setup the booth. I saw they were having trouble with wind but eventually figured it out with the backdrop. My guests loved it abs it was being used constantly. read more

I found them on yelp at 1st I was worried to book because of one yelp review but I'm so glad I did. From day one Kim was so helpful and always responsive, I would email and text her late at night and she was so fast to respond. Kim's customer service and resources are so amazing!! I was having my daughter 1st birthday I reached out to her for the photo booth service and ending up booking mostly everything with her, her staff was friendly and very hard working always with a smile and willing to help in away they can. Kim took so much stress off of me and everyone loved her, she help guild our photographer to take many wonderful photos with my friends and family, she even captured photos on her own and sent them to me which was such a wow. We made the grand mistake of hiring Kimberly from Everylasting Joy as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding. We hired her because our wedding venue specifically recommended her to us and assured us a she was a great option for an affordable price and would handle everything. However, we have now learned the venue only experienced her services on two occasions - at least that's what the church said. We planned our wedding on a budget, as most couples do, and felt a coordinator was necessary to have for the day of to eliminate stress. Unfortunately, Kimberly created a world of stress for us instead. She was difficult to get ahold of from the beginning by both phone and email, and every time we attempted any kind of communication there was some type of issue or disconnect. We constantly had to repeat details and pieces of information we would send via email and text. If we brought something up from an existing correspondence, she would act like she had never been informed of the topic. Often times we felt we weren't actually being listened to or heard. We expressed our concerns on multiple occasions to her and nothing seemed to change. We would've canceled her services but we had already paid the deposit. During our wedding, everything we were worried about happening, happened. Don't get me wrong, some things felt into place but a majority of stuff did not. Hand made party favors weren't put out at each table setting so no one went home with favors, appetizer plates weren't put out so people were eating with their hands, she didn't let our guests into the dining room for nearly two hours and blamed the dance floor company for it. She immediately came to my husband and I upon our arrival from photos to have US handle the issues rather than handling any of it herself. The grooms boutonniere we purchased through her was dead and he was forced to use an extra one that didn't match what we originally intended. She didn't organize or follow our plans for our cake cutting and literally advised us to "just do it by ourselves" while all our guests were in the other room. She created a timeline for the evening but seemed to come to us for permission for each part of the evening. She seated close family at the back of the room during the ceremony and argued with members of my family. She meddled into every detail we planned with other vendors and meddled into things without our permission, such as our entrance into the reception hall after photos, and the way we walked down the aisle during the ceremony- she even butted into our photo session after the ceremony to direct our photographer and our photos! She seemed to interfere with things she didn't need to interfere with, but left details we were paying her to oversee undone. She was difficult to get ahold of months and weeks before our wedding, and when it came time for the rehearsal she asked if we really even needed her there - which was a service we had already paid her to attend. We felt a lot of our questions were met with unclear answers and often conversations would be repeated because she would take so long to get back to us. The lack of communication and inefficiency of it created arguments and again, it never felt like we were being listened to. It felt like she wanted us to do things her way and we would meet some kind of resistance for wanting to try another option. Not only that, she didn't give us a proper invoice reflecting supposed over time hours, which were never discussed or approved beforehand, and tried to ask us for even more money after the wedding inferring we hadn't finished paying her. There were funds the church was supposed to receive for moving pews, which we paid to Kim as she told us it would all be taken care of. We found out today the church apparently never received those funds, and because we don't have a proper invoice we aren't sure where the money we gave Kim for that service actually went. I want to be able to point out the positives in my experience with Everlasting Joy, but it is difficult to do so. I was frustrated by the way their business was conducted from the beginning, but attributed that feeling to my own stresses and anxieties. It is frustrating to me that when I look back I feel I should've terminated the services before they started. Essentially I guess it's our own fault for going through with something against our better judgment. My entire family and my husbands entire family were disappointed by the lack of organization and professionalism Kimberly showed, and I'm disappointed to say I will now have memories of all that went wrong because of it. read more
