As of today, 6 days out from an FUT, I can confirm my own 5-star experience. I felt extremely comfortable during my consultation and confident in Dr Barusco's professionalism and knowledge of the field. I was put up in a very nice local hotel for two nights, conveniently located near their facility. The procedure went smoothly and I experienced virtually no pain and surprisingly little discomfort afterward; the worst being having to sleep upright in bed the first few nights to minimize swelling. The following day, a Tempus technician washed my hair and later in the day Dr Barusco called to check on my progress. I look forward to seeing the results in the next few months.

From lying about which service you're supposed to receive, changing your appointments, going a month longer in your contract and still having to pay the month you didn't receive your new hair, forcing you to purchase more services, even if you skip services to help them out because they're so short staffed. A lot has happened over the last year that has forced me to seek services elsewhere. The staff is friendly, but forced by corporate to be deceptive to the clients. I asked about the month I had to wait extra and was told their corporate said they don't care. The staff has even told corporate about their frustrations and once again, their corporate just told them to do their "magic" to get through. The quality of the units has diminished to crappy hair. The last two units I received weren't even mine. For them, it's money. For me it's a deep insecurity that I deal with and sacrifice just to have hair.

This office of con artists should take their false promises and shove em, because getting my hopes up and knowing the treatments would fail (because their system is a fraudulent scientific fallacy. this business makes me sick and in my 84 years on this planet I've never seen a more greedy scam targeting the elderly and those fighting body image problems due to hair loss.
