While bored in class one day I stumbled upon Leah's insta and loved her style! However, I'm pretty impatient and since her books are closed, I decided to look into the other artists there. Boy, am I happy I did! Through Instagram I found Sam and immediately fell in love with an available flash piece she had posted on her IG story. I decided to reach out through email that night because I couldn't stop thinking about how cute it was. She got back to me the next day telling me the piece was still available-- woohoo! We shot a few friendly emails back and forth about size, color, and pricing (she works for ~120 an hour) and worked out an available time later in the week. This isn't my first rodeo with tattoos, so believe me when I tell you I could NOT BELIEVE how comfortable she made me feel the whole time (it was like chilling with an old friend). Even better, the tattoo was the least painful I have EVER gotten. I even pointed out that I couldn't believe how little pain I was experiencing. Whoever taught her, taught her well. She also didn't tell me what jewelry she was going to install, now there is a gem into my ear. I really, really dislike the gem but I can't change it and now I'm stuck with it-I'm upset about this . I also really dislike the placement where I got the piercing, I could have advised against it but she convinced me otherwise and I kind of hate the placement and immediately regret it. They install titanium jewelry which is great but don't come here for a piercing if you value choosing what jewelry you have and professionalism. Maybe other piercers are more equip for this service but I don't recommend going here, please do research and choose somewhere else. She didn't even introduce her name to me but my piercer was female identifying with gauges. Please DO NOT get a piercing by anyone complimentary to this description PLEASE! Crooked, super thick jewelry (way thicker than needed for healing), rejected immediately. Then, against my better judgement I went in to get some new high nostril jewelry. The piercer refused to use a tool to put them in correctly and kept trying to jam the jewelry in causing lots of pain (they're fully healed). Then once she accepted she needed the tool, she put in the wrong size. A simple jewelry change was a nightmare and my high nostrils were irritated for a week. So unprofessional and atmosphere is not welcoming. I've gotten many piercings from different places and I promise you can find a safer option around here.
