We also texted him 3 days ago when we found out he screwed our entire deck with 1 1/4 " instead of 2 1/2" screws. He hasn't answered yet after 3 days. Many of the railing holders are crooked even when I had mentioned him to use a level for them if he had a hard time doing it straight. So looks like my husband will have to redo all this work that we had paid in good faith. So as for value I would qualify it as extremely bad.
