Aaron was tasked to build an extension to our existing deck. I paid in full trusting his words that he would come back to fix the bad cuts done on 2 support beams. We also texted him 3 days ago when we found out he screwed our entire deck with 1 1/4 " instead of 2 1/2" screws. He hasn't answered yet after 3 days. Many of the railing holders are crooked even when I had mentioned him to use a level for them if he had a hard time doing it straight.
