In January 2022 Eric the owner of this company came out and did an estimate for my landscaping. I have a medium size backyard (3600 sq ft) and was having general yard cleaning, a sprinkler system and sod installed. I was told that they could begin in late February or the first week in March and finish before Masters. They finished at the end of May. IT TOOK THEM FOUR MONTHS TO DO 7 DAYS OF WORK! The owner Eric and I had already agreed to additional landscaping and sod in the front yard. That was supposed to be done in June, then July, then by the end of the summer. In October I was told by Eric that it would be best if I waited for the sod until March of 2023. They could put the sod down in the fall (of 2022) but it might not make it and that would be on me. AFTER WAITING FIVE MONTHS I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD WAIT AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS! I would email, text or call and leave messages. Even after Eric and I had a conversation specifically about this issue, multiple times HE WOULDN'T RESPOND FOR WEEKS OR EVEN A MONTH OR MORE! All along I was being told that the delays were due to lack of employees or materials. I was trying to be flexible with the timeline but was just being taken advantage of. The final straw was when the owner Eric told me that he was having problems keeping up with a new residential housing development that he recently got the contract for. So, HE GOT A NEW JOB AND LEFT ME HANGING, even thought we had been discussing this since January. Finally, this February (2023) I noticed that there were several large patches of dirt where the sod had been laid. I called Eric to see if he would replace the sod. I explained that I was only talking about the dirt areas where the sod had clearly died. He said that he would definitely call me back with a time that he would stop by to look at it. It has been 2 weeks and no contact what so ever. No surprise there. I regret the day I even heard of this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Called in March to schedule a date and have been ignored for over a month. They only have one scheduler (Patrick) for all locations and could not even bother with a call back to schedule a time in the future despite multiple calls from me to the office. We hired Stallion Tree Professional of the CSRA in January 2020 to cut and remove 13 trees and…read moreprune selected limbs from other trees in the backyard. The crew arrived and cut and removed 12 trees and failed to prune any limbs. They also modified parts of the yard so they could use a tracked Bobcat to remove waste to the roadway. When they finished on day 2, they failed to repair and reset the altered changes to the property, left a large amount of waste on site and failed to disclose damage to a brick wall in the front of the house. After several phone call, the owner finally returned and promised a cleanup. After 6 weeks, the cleanup team arrived, removed most of the waste, attempted to reset the damages from the Bobcat and again failed to repair or report the damaged courtyard wall to their boss. I have called by phone to 2 different numbers. sent email and mailed a letter by USPS. Russ Marshal, the owner has refused to answer the phone or the emails and has ignored the letter in the mailing. A report of damage to private property has been filed with the Columbia Sheriffs office. Hire this company at your own risk. Never again for me.

They arrived when they said they would and quickly had the drainage channel installed and a underground drain installed for the runoff of the gutter spout. Very friendly, polite team who also did a fantastic job cleaning up.....leaving that section of the yard cleaner than before they arrived. They came out and did a quick assessment and had the pricing ready in different price packages that I could mix and match. The difference is the discount you get based in what you want done. I needed gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation, roof debris removal, and home soft wash. It was 20% off the full pricing of getting each done individually. The process was quick and they did a good job with noticeable difference afterwards. No more green algae in the side of the house and the gutter guards have worked really well.
