IF YOU LIKE BEING GHOSTED THEN CALL THIS COMPANY! IF YOU EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM, YOU WON'T! In January 2022 Eric the owner of this company came out and did an estimate for my landscaping. I have a medium size backyard (3600 sq ft) and was having general yard cleaning, a sprinkler system and sod installed. I was told that they could begin in late February or the first week in March and finish before Masters. They finished at the end of May. IT TOOK THEM FOUR MONTHS TO DO 7 DAYS OF WORK! The owner Eric and I had already agreed to additional landscaping and sod in the front yard. That was supposed to be done in June, then July, then by the end of the summer. In October I was told by Eric that it would be best if I waited for the sod until March of 2023. They could put the sod down in the fall (of 2022) but it might not make it and that would be on me. AFTER WAITING FIVE MONTHS I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD WAIT AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS! I would email, text or call and leave messages. Even after Eric and I had a conversation specifically about this issue, multiple times HE WOULDN'T RESPOND FOR WEEKS OR EVEN A MONTH OR MORE! All along I was being told that the delays were due to lack of employees or materials. I was trying to be flexible with the timeline but was just being taken advantage of. The final straw was when the owner Eric told me that he was having problems keeping up with a new residential housing development that he recently got the contract for. So, HE GOT A NEW JOB AND LEFT ME HANGING, even thought we had been discussing this since January. Finally, this February (2023) I noticed that there were several large patches of dirt where the sod had been laid. I called Eric to see if he would replace the sod. I explained that I was only talking about the dirt areas where the sod had clearly died. He said that he would definitely call me back with a time that he would stop by to look at it. It has been 2 weeks and no contact what so ever. No surprise there. I regret the day I even heard of this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! read more

We scheduled to have Trinity come out to talk about some work we wanted done. The guy said we would have an estimate by early the next week and they were about a month out on landscaping and installing sprinkler systems. After more than a week we had to call them to find out when the estimate would be ready. After 2 weeks they still weren't sure when the estimate would be ready and also that they were 12 weeks out. Our Landscaping needs were for a new built home in SLV, SC. My mortgage company was making us put money in escrow until the yard was complete. He was very timely with the total work. But did not do a couple things we expected, like power wash the driveway where dirt and mulch had been staged. Our experience got off to a rocky start with not alot of communication from Eric, but once he explained that the best way to get ahold of him was thru email, things improved. His guys worked very hard and did anything I asked for. Hope to use them again when the time is right. read more

Where should I start. This company services our neighborhood in the Sinclair subdivision. We had them for over a year and they will damage your property and blame it on you. Very unprofessional when bringing issues to light. We've had hardy plank damage along with damage drainage pipe spouts. Today one of the techs ran into our stone while using the blower. I have video showing at 5:08 the stone was affixed to my home and then 5:09 the stone was on the ground. When I contacted the owner he recited that a pressure washing company may have done it or even pest control company. Evidence shows the stone was affixed to the side of my home before the tech started blowing. I'm not sure how to fix this issue but if a company continues to damage your home along with not meet you in person and continues to communicate unprofessionally through text how can they retain their integrity. Myself and my wife is tensed every time they are servicing our yards We have neighbors that have complained and had issues repaired. He believes his employees. I don't know why, one of his guys told him that he didn't service the yard on a day our property was damaged, but guess what, we had video stating other wise. Choose wisely!!!! Hire professionals because my issues haven't been resolved. Also, check homes after your yard is serviced. Years downs the line when it's time to sell your home you will wonder how the damage happened. read more

Eric was fantastic! Thanks to his thorough pH testing, he was able to determine why only crab grass was growing in my back yard, did some treatments to balance out the pH and resided the back for a ridiculously reasonable price. When I'm out of state, he even goes out of his way to send me picture updates of the lawn each month. This is hands down one of the best lawn services I've worked with, well worth every penny! read more
