I was very unhappy with the service by everyday concierge, they falsely advertise A+ service and didnt provide any. Rather than being a solution oriented company as described in there Ad by Michelle they just made excuses for their poor service. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy . Too many things went wrong with Michel's "service"...she is NOT customer oriented...she is Michele oriented. Her mistake changed our plans because she was "done for the day." We are still waiting for her to refund our money she owes us. She seems like a nice person and maybe she is, but her work ethics lack serious care and consideration for others...why be in the service industry if service is not your first priority?
