On the finance company web page, I was told I could view, understand and keep track of my payments. What's on that site is not the same amount that they're taking out of my checking account. Mercato has two huge showrooms, with incredibly kind and helpful staff. There is just SO MUCH to see everywhere you look. Beautiful sofas, really interesting chaise lounges, stunning sculptures, the list goes on and on. We got so much inspiration for what we were looking for - lighting fixtures and outdoor furniture - and ended up leaving with a cool sculpture we weren't thinking about getting but just had to get. He gave us a super good deals on bedroom set and big ass TV stand. The delivery was free and the set up was free! That alone was a savings. I told him I'm coming back for more if he hook us up with some good tamales. A few days later we came back and both another bed and mattress, chairs and a futon. Of course Manny and Maria hook led us up again with the same deal. We were so happy and I'm giving them 5 STARS for the awesome customer service. I purchased a couch from Half Price Furniture that broke within two days of delivery. The frame…read morethat supports seating failed just two days after it was delivered. After reporting the defect, the store did not work with me to resolve the issue. There were multiple failed repair attempts and missed appointments, and the couch was repeatedly returned to me still broken. At no point was a replacement or refund offered for a product that failed almost immediately. I financed the purchase through Kafene, believing it would help build my credit. Unfortunately, payments could not be paused while the issue was being addressed. To avoid damaging my credit, I was forced to continue paying for a couch that stopped working just two days after delivery. I also purchased the Guardian protection plan for $150, which is advertised to cover accidents in the home. Because this was a manufacturer defect, I was told the claim could not be applied appropriately, resulting in the loss of $150. This meant I could not use the plan for an actual accidental claim. Additionally, Guardian ultimately pays Half Price Furniture directly for approved claims, which felt misleading given how this situation was handled. I filed complaints with the Nevada Consumer Affairs office and the BBB, but Half Price Furniture does not respond, as they are not BBB-accredited. Instead of standing behind their product, responsibility was repeatedly shifted away from the store and onto third parties. I was left to navigate the issue on my own, with no meaningful support or resolution. If you receive defective furniture from this store, be aware that you may not receive adequate assistance, even when the failure occurs almost immediately.

Erin and Eric Work with you and are a pleasure to deal with. Communication was efficient and I never had a problem ever getting a hold of anybody. Delivery was smooth. I've been purchasing from them ever since I moved to Vegas in 2012 and highly recommend visiting this shop. I'll never get sheets from anywhere else.
