He picked out seven shirts. The sales associate would not allow my husband to then try the shirts on. There was no other customer in the store, and there were three sales associates present. He indicated that it was store policy. However, when I called the Short Hills store where we usually shop, the sales associate stated that we could try any shirt that we wished. When I relayed this information, the associate just shrugged. Needless to say, we walked out without purchasing anything. This exchange and inconvenience put us off. After many attempts, we contacted customer service to ask for an explanation as to why this store was willing to have a loyal customer walk out dissatisfied. We have yet to hear from anyone of importance. Unacceptable.

My wife also bought leggings from here too. They have bunch of fitting rooms as well, but usually there's a line when the store is crowded. Plenty of friendly staff members were walking around the store helping customers. Whenever we were in the store, it had long checkout lines, but they had multiple registers open. Coming into this appointment I didn't know what to expect and I didn't expect to leave with a dress purchase, especially since it was my 1st ever wedding dress appointment! Funny enough, I did not like any of the dresses that were on my vision board, due to this Dolores figured out my style rather quickly. She was kind, understanding, and she listened to my needs and wants.
