When I went back to ask why it didn't appear not knowing it wasn't supposed to, they gave me an attitude and dismissed me, told me to call customer service and they could not help even though their employee made the mistake. Then, when I asked them to call being that it was their employee's mistake, they realized it was another customers receipt they gave me instead of mine with an attitude and gave me the correct receipt instead. It's not about the fuckin $ I don't need it. It's about the fact that I received No apology for the confusion or inconvenience caused and that turns you off from stepping foot into that store again.

I thought that was strange since I had 2 bras in my hand so clearly I was there to try on bras. I ask for a fitting room and her response is "oh". She takes me to a fitting room where I start trying on the bras, I'm barely starting to try on the second one when she loudly bangs on my dressing room door and starts yelling at me asking how I'm doing. I tell her I'm fine. She continues to ask me lots of questions including my name. At this point it's clear this woman must think I'm stealing. She finally leaves me alone. I come out of the dressing room and put the bra I didn't want on a rack by the fitting room. I continue shopping but I see this older woman stare at me and is trying to see what I'm holding. I see her go to the dressing room I was in trying to find the second bra I tried on. I'm continuing to shop when I turn around and suddenly she's inches from my face just staring at me as if to ensure I'm not stealing or doing something wrong. At this point I'm very annoyed so I give her a dirty look and walk all the way to the other side of the store. She finally leaves me alone and another girl(who was very kind and patient) helped me when I needed some guidance. They check the computer and assured me there was a smaller size available. I proceeded to pay and was told I would receive my item this week. I checked my bank and saw the money was taken out of my account. I went into the email that was sent assuring me my item was on its way! When I pressed on the item number it then informed me my order was cancelled. By now I was irate.,I called their customer service and was waiting on hold for someone to pick up for over an hour. I finally was angle to leave my number for them to return my call, when they did call I V was told that unfortunately they were now out of the size., after a lengthy conversation and trying to explain that in this day and age when you check online and are assured they have it you should me able to believe them. They said there was nothing to be done, I asked why my money was not automatically refunded they had no answer. After much discussion I was finally refunded the money for the piece they couldn't fulfill, unfortunately I now had to drive to King of Prussia in PA to return the top. Now I am paying additional tolls and gas since I live in NJ returned the item only to be told it would take about a week or so before it would show up in my account. The entire experience was very exasperating and I now have no swimsuit! Be very careful when ordering from them, if I hadn't called I've would still be waiting for all item that was never going to arrive!

Local store won't even exchange it for the right size and I will not ask my daughter for personal identifiable information. I spent an hour on phone w their customer service rep, Melborn, based in the Philippines. She did hang up on me rather than doing anything to help. She gave me a corporate office phone number that does not go to any answering system and just says nobody is available and terminates the call. Not a very friendly customer service model. Went in 1/24 around 7PM. I didn't see anyone walking around to ask for help and then i turn around…read moreand see three girls at the front of the store (where workers are supposed to be greeting costumers) all whispering to each other and looking everyone up and down as they walk into the store. I asked them for help and one of the girls (black sweater, kinda chubbyish) yelled at me. when i was checking out a girl in a pink sweater (also pretty chubbyish but short) gave me a dirty look. I also saw the manager who was on their phone the whole time. Based on other reviews and people in the area, the store location already has a terrible reputation. Will be looking into higher management.
