She is Kind, Funny, and Very Personable. That said when it comes to being a Wedding Coordinator she is the ultimate wedding party whisperer! She is awesome at what she does and that's saying something when your job is herding YOUNG CATS! (Old cats too, I'm the only one that didn't pay attention) She is firm with instruction but with a sense of humor and silliness that made everyone feel very relaxed and able to follow and retain her instructions during the rehearsal and the ceremony. Never got a call. I reached out two more times and eventually got a text asking for details on our event (day, time and balloons needed). "No problem we can handle it." Never received a call back, no follow up whatsoever. This is a small operation and very unprofessional. I'd definitely recommend looking elsewhere for your balloon needs.
