Steve was quick at responding and providing a very similar package at a competitive price. I wanted 30 chairs, 3 tables, and one standard moon bounce. He only had one bouncer left- a pink and purple castle. I did not care what color it was. I was just extremely grateful to get everything from one place. When they came to deliver, Steve was super friendly and helpful in setting everything up. The bouncer was probably the cleanest one we had ever used. I liked the rainbow netting, the mini basketball hoop, and Happy Birthday sign. The chairs were brand new and all equipment was extremely clean. We were so grateful that Steve delivered with quality service and product.

They let the computer run the company and do not have the professionalism to call when something is not correct. The owner said I could pay cash and then my booking was canceled right before my event because of an online issue and no one called to let me know. When I called to talk to them they were of no help and just said that the system does it all. This is horrible customer service. They also booked out for the weekend and did not hold the items and I am forced to find a new company last minute. They are no help when you call and they were basically saying that it was my fault that their system canceled my booking and that they didn't contact me. Please use another company with better service.

I would recommend you to avoid this business entirely, not only did I not receive any service from…read morethem but I also had to argue to get my deposit back. The woman I spoke to didn't even originally ask for a deposit, but it was sent to her regardless to ensure we would receive a tent and jumper for the day of our party. She called us the day prior saying they wouldn't be able to set up the tent because it would be a little windy. I understand it could sometimes be a liability for them when there is really high winds, however many many other party rental business were still setting up tents, and the forecast wasn't nearly bad enough to cancel. I called her several times and sent her images and videos, but the best she could do was a "we'll see tomorrow" I couldn't wait until the very day of my party to know if I'd even have a tent or if I would have to find someone else, she couldn't even give me an ETA of when they'd arrive to plan ahead. Worst of all was her attitude and response to my genuine worries as a costumer. She was rude and uncooperative, she continued to dismiss my questions as if they were not important. And when I asked for my deposit back she gave me several excuses and going as far as saying she'd send it when she had the time. If you're looking for a reliable party rental in the High Desert, look somewhere else, they are not reliable at all
