The location is convenient for exploring the greater Seattle area, and the views of Lake Washington are a wonderful bonus. My room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with cozy beds and thoughtful amenities that made for a relaxing stay. The common areas were inviting and well-designed, providing great spaces to unwind or get some work done. I also appreciated some of the unique offerings, including complimentary evening s'mores, an indoor pool, and an outdoor bar and restaurant that operates on select days. Food trucks appear on certain days for lunch too. The hotel is within walking distance of a park and hiking trails, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors. Another nice perk was the availability of complimentary bicycles, and there is a shopping mall just a short distance away for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The main drawback is the distance from downtown Seattle and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, as rideshare costs can add up quickly when traveling back and forth. However, if you don't mind being outside the city center, the peaceful lakeside setting is well worth it. Overall, I would happily stay here again and would recommend the Hyatt Regency Renton to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, well-appointed hotel with great amenities and easy access to outdoor recreation.

The Duke's was in Southcenter, nice selection of food, and friendly and great staff. I went into Lens Crafters and asked where Parkers was...this yahoo said to go out, take a right, another right and 1 more right. That basically put me back where I initially started but more pissed off than before. When I finally found it I was completely blown by their response to Molina or having Medicare. Apparently, after giving my personal information, I'm ineligible to receive services without having to pay full price and hope for reimbursement...Yeah, I'm Spent!!

After speaking with all of them, I chose EV Guys because of their professionalism, high quality work, customer focused approach, and reasonable pricing. Behrang, the owner, is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He presented several design options and walked me through each one in detail -- including panel capacity, breaker selection and layout, installation locations, and cost considerations. He answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me feel confident in my decision. His responsiveness and consideration are outstanding. After the installation, whenever I had questions or needed help, he replied promptly -- even on weekends. He is also an excellent project manager, handling scheduling, accounting, and the permit process smoothly and efficiently. His crew delivered top notch workmanship: precise, clean, and fast. Immediately upon walking in I felt the interior to be very comfortable, welcoming and tasteful. Our server was terrific. Very helpful since my friend isn't so familiar with sushi. He ordered a specialty roll, a Hot Dream, which he really enjoyed. I was concerned that there would not be enough food for him but it was the perfect amount. I had the Chirashi bowl--high quality ingredients. We both agreed that this is a restaurant we would return to and that is my highest rating!

I have been to Topgolf many times for corporate events and for personal events. I've always had a…read morepretty good experience. I'm on my way to Topgolf now and have already had the worst customer service experience of my life. The sequence of events goes as follows... I schedule a 2 bay event and put down 25% over 2 weeks ago for 7pm Then 3 days ago I have people in my party ask to move it to 6pm, I call my event coordinator line and no one answers so I leave a message. I don't hear back all day Then 2 days ago I call again same thing no response no call back. Finally today I decide to call the facility directly not via the event coordinator line. I deal with an options menu - a virtual assistant that doesn't want to connect me to the front desk - a customer service team - and then finally the front desk just to be hung up on. I then go through the same process 2 more times with customer service telling me the manager will call me back. After not hearing back I finally call back one last time and customer service tells me there is nothing they can do. If it weren't for the deposit, I'd cancel my event right now. I understand not being able to move the reservation but not calling me back for days and then not offering me any sort of explanation or compensation is unacceptable. What a disappointment. I won't be going back.

We had EVsupport (a subsidiary of Puget Sound Solar) out to install a new hardwired EVSE because we…read morerecently changed from a Tesla to a Hyundai EV. Although I'm sure there are some exception cases, after deep dive research, I'm 100% convinced that hardwired EVSEs are safer and more stable than just plugging a Level 2 mobile charger into a NEMA 14-50R 250v outlet (as we'd done with the Tesla, because that was the standard in 2018). Andy did a great job communicating with us and then prepared a fairly priced sensible proposal. With Max, their highly experienced journeyman electrician, scheduling and install went smoothly. The work passed its Seattle DCLU electrical inspection. Now two-weeks later everything is working as expected. Note: I also used Puget Sound solar 24 years ago, so I'm a returning customer. They have expertise, reputation, and a commitment to sustainability.

He provided straight talk and gave me a rate that was right in line with everyone else. However, Andrew's character integrity, and honesty is the reason I chose this company. There are a lot of people out there installing EV chargers right now, and if you don't have it done correctly you'll be wishing you did. He offered me a matched price on the wall box charging unit that Costco is selling for $499, which is about $200 less than Amazon, and we had the installation done about a week later. We love our EV, and now our house is future-proofed. Max came out and took the time to install it professionally and neatly. Next time we need electrical services will be calling Puget Sound Solar.
