Made my appointment 2 weeks ago and was asked to drop a day early so he could start first thing to have it done before the end of the day. Not only did HE not do anything but he NEVER showed up to open his shop let alone do any work. When I texted to get an update the response I got was absolutely uncalled for(text correspondence posted). I would NEVER dream of speaking to one of my customers this way!!! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO WAYNE CAUSE CHANCES ARE HE WONT SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK.
