These guys are AWESOME! My friend and I were on a road trip when my car started acting up. I found Mike's through AAA and drove there to get it checked out. As soon as I got there the car would not start again. It turned out that I needed a new fuel pump (the car had less than 50,000 miles on it). No fuel pumps were available locally but they managed to get one overnighted from a dealer in Ohio. They also helped me get a rental car so we could continue sightseeing while they had my car. They were so kind and understanding. They did a great job taking care of us. I cannot thank Mike, Bill, and Tom enough for their help and great work getting us back on the road. Very busy place, I needed to have new tires mounted and alignment done for two cars, first car went fine, the second, the tire was flat the next day, needed AAA to come, found out the Valve stem was not turn in all of the way and the went flat over night. Also developed a squeak in the rear, turns outs the weights for balancing one of the rear tires was rubbing against the caliper, and need to have it re-balanced. read more

I have used this shop for several years now with different vehicles. I have my oil changed here, have purchased new tires here, and bring my vehicles here for state required inspections. Reliable & trustworthy, unlike many repair shops. Very pleasant waiting room, clean and with a rest room available. They are apparently an "approved" AAA shop with discounts on some charges for AAA members. A couple of weeks ago I wrote a review about mikes quality car care since then I was in contact with mike and he stated to me he would like to have another chance to figure out problem with my truck and if his crew could not figure out the problem he would have no problem refunding my money so it was only fair to take my truck back to them. They put a lot of time into my truck and it is a real problem so they did refund all of my money not just the diagnose fee. It turns out Mike and his people are standup people they put a lot of time into my truck. Mike will be back from helping family in about a month and is willing to work on truck again If I still have it or it is not fixed I have no problem taking it back to there shop and I believe They can figure it out Thank You Mike and crew read more
