Gypsy Barber & Shave is a small (3) chair shop that sits in a converted 1960's ranch style home on a side street about a block off of Rivergate Parkway in Goodlettsville. When you walk in, you pop into the waiting room which features oversized chairs, dark wood floors, heavy wood tables topped with ornate chess boards, mounted deer, a bourbon barrel and a cool metal mustache! It is a total vibe that fits the energy of this place! The lobby opens up to the room where all the magic happens. This room features copper decorative ceiling tile, lighter floors, leather barber chairs and oversized stations with large mirrors. Really love the overall décor and feel of this place! I snatched up an appointment with Laura, who turned out to be super chill, fun and talented! I will definitely be back to see her in the future. During my cut I got to chat up the other two Barbers, which were equally as fun and friendly. In addition, I got to hang with the resident greeter and all around cool pup, Murphy!
