If you are looking for an environment where the staff and students all encourage you to grow in your fitness journey, this is the place for you. Group fitness can be tailored to your fitness level with modified moves for all. Each and everyday is different than the last and you are never worried about feeling like your time is wasted. The coaches help you throughout the class and are always willing to talk to you afterwards. There is an option to try it out for a week as well. Great technology to hold you accountable to your goals. read more

I got to try out "yoga" here. It was a 45 min class called sculpting. It was not the normal…read morestretching and focus I am used to in yoga. This was a fast paced high energy class. It did not really focus on the postures of yoga. If you want something quick, louder music, high energy instructor there is a class for that. I was not used to this but did my best to keep up and learn the moves as we went along. The quick feet movement on the yoga mats gave me a blister on the bottom of my big toe, but I could feel the workout for a couple days after. You are greeted when you walk in, you check in and get a mat or towel if you forgot yours. You can kick your shoes off or make your way down the hall to the changing/shower/bathroom. There is lockers,but you'll need your own lock. Then you make your way to the smaller room built for your class. Its was aimed to be hot, but just a mere 92 degrees. I had a few moments to enjoy the sauna room before we starting moving. Then it was all downhill. I dont know how you are to workout, sweat, and not loose your grip on the slick, sweaty yoga mat as you jump up and down and lift weights and move your butt off I felt good after the long class. I was able to go straight home and get my shower in, but this class we intense. I wish I had the ability to go back and try another one of the classes like hot Yoga or something a little less fast paced. They are all on their app, but the timing just did not work out for me.

Usually, we park the car over at the visitor center, and walk to wherever we're planning to visit throughout the lake and park area. Our dogs are small and get tired fast, so it's nice to have a centralized area with a lot to do, when they need a break. The visitor center provides access to beverage machines, maps, guides, and rules for the park areas. Off the back of the visitor center is a balcony that overlooks the lake, providing a pretty awesome view through the trees out into the water. Just a short walk northeast from the center is a butterfly garden, which actually lives up to its purpose, and just behind the garden is a heavily wooded area that leads to the beach. There are a ton of benches to sit on along the Neal Smith trail, which leads to more campgrounds, boating, and recreational sites. To the opposite direction is the actual dam, which despite its sometimes foul smell, is a sight to see. You're likely to see a few people fishing off of the dam, or just walking around the many secluded trails to view all parts of the park. Definitely recommend starting your next trip to Saylorville off on this side of the lake.

EF365 is a second family, they encourage and motivate me to be healthy and love living life. These workouts are created with "life" in mind, what is going to make me a better runner, swimmer, OCR athlete, spouse, parent, cyclist, Tri-Athlete etc... the workout isn't about just working or annihilating me daily [all thought that happens often] it's about making life more and celebrate the things I can do! My fav moves are Burpee Box Jumps and Free Standing Pistol Squats! read more

The workouts are always challenging & changing... The members are real, no make up needed... we just come together and work, sweat, bitch & sweat. Each class has a personality, as do all the coaches. The membership is UNLIMITED, you cant beat that! I love the lifting days and all the variety of equipment but some of others love kick and might do it twice in a day! Everyone is motivating and welcoming. read more
